many agencies run so called “strategies” without even understanding if it’s profitable/sustainable
you need to simply understand these metrics for each and every marketing strategy
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
LTV (Lifetime Value)
how much are you spending to acquire a customer?
how much are you making (lifetime) with that customer on average?
you must also factor in your models %
for example if you have a $10 CAC, and a $20 LTV per subscriber, everything looks good until you factor in your models 50% split in which you’re cutting even on average (making no money)
to give you context, for one of our marketing strategies we have a $1 CAC, with a $25-$30 LTV (depending on model)
this is currently our most profitable strategy, i put$1 into the money machine and get $30 back. The question is how many times are you going to put $1 into the machine before it turns off
P.S the machine always turns off eventually…

previously there were really only 2 ways to run your agency, the blackhat or organic route. With the advancement of AI i believe we’re coming to a point where 90% of the marketing will be short form AI/AI generated marketing
with advancements like seedance 2, it will get to a point where it’s unreasonable to get your model to create her own content as it lacks “x,y,z”, with AI your agency can curate each and every reel around what metrics these platforms are looking for when it comes to a “viral video” in minutes
now this isn’t to say AI models is where the industry is heading, there will always be constraints with AI NSFW as per legality wise (having a real model on the OF platform is always the best option)
what this is going to change?
- the way you should look at marketing your model going forward
- have advanced verification scripts in OF ready to go
going forward we’re going to be expanding our content generation team like no before, generating the highest possible clones of our models as possible

building a personal brand around your business is easily the biggest cheat code (especially in OFM)
having consistent inbound leads from HQ models is a game changer
even better, your outbound conversions are 10x compared to a regular agency page… why? they see your content pop up in their feeds, they see the proof of work from the countless pieces of content you put out, all in all they trust you 10x more than just some random agency Instagram account/random man with no credibility DMing them promising results
