The number one mistake I see agencies make is spreading themselves way too thin across too many traffic sources

Let me give you a simple hypothetical 👇🏼

Let’s say this is your agency, and this is roughly how many subscribers you’re bringing in per day from each source + the time you’re putting into each one:

Instagram — 100 subs/day (3 hours/day)

Threads — 10 subs/day (3 hours/day)

Twitter — 20 subs/day (3 hours/day)

Dating Apps — 30 subs/day (3 hours/day)

Reddit — 60 subs/day (3 hours/day)

TikTok — 20 subs/day (3 hours/day)

That’s 6 different traffic sources, running every single day, with separate systems and VAs built around each one

A lot of agencies have this mindset of “the more traffic sources the better"
I used to think the same way.

But in reality, that’s not how you get the best results

What actually works is doubling down on 1–2 core traffic sources and squeezing them for everything they’ve got (as long as it’s not overly creator dependent)

Now let’s say you cut out the four lowest performing sources here:
TikTok, Dating Apps, Twitter, and Threads.

You then reallocate that time and VA effort entirely into your top two performers: Instagram and Reddit

In theory (and in reality) you’d now be pulling in roughly 480 subscribers per day from 2 traffic sources, compared to 240 subscribers per day from 6 traffic sources

And that’s worst case

Because once you scale down your traffic sources, your quality control, consistency, and execution all go up

Work smarter.

when it comes to scaling Reddit, the platform is really only looking for one thing

IS THIS USER A HUMAN

the platform itself has massively cracked down on bots within the last year

the days of creating/farming on adspower has been over for many months now

now these are only a select few things Reddit is looking for to classify your account as a “Human” account

- Fingerprints
- Account creation
- Farming process
- IP

🍭 the $50 rebill is free $$ 🍭

think about how many subscriptions you have that you just forget to turn off... "Marc" has been subscribed for 6 months on a $50 rebill each month

that's an extra $300 in revenue just because he's forgotten to turn off the rebill

keep in mind we have many subscribers like this, marc isnt the only one..
