Testimony Tuesday

Today I have couple of miracle testimonies.
Truly amazing ones.

I don’t know about you but when I hear stories like the following it’s like a shot in my faith muscle. My faith grows instantly big in the moment.

Trying not to act so surprised, but when one truly comes across testimonies like these, it can surely elicit a response of almost disbelief. And once we consider the glory of the God is at hand, it becomes a faith booster for us.

I admit, there are times I’ve been praying for miracles whether for my friends, for myself or a family member, or a situation for months or years even, I sometimes find myself doubting.

But then along comes testimonies of great miracles, stories of the impossible, made possible by the true living God. Only to magnify the glory He deserves.

Why do we still doubt? Especially when we keep praying and we’ve not yet seen an answer.

I can’t answer that question, but I can only tell you that God’s timing is perfect, His ways are not our ways.

The world wants evidence without trust. Proof with an explanation.
For us Christians it’s the opposite. We trust without seeing any evidence. His proof is already evident in a changed heart that already knows He exists.

He is the God of impossibilities.
He breaks all barriers that foolish men dare to explain with wisdom and logic.

What life says its impossible. It is no problem for God.

What if we started looking for miracles everyday?
What if we started saying; “God move my faith from my mind to my heart.”

I would expect we would see more miracles for sure.

Watch these two videos, and see for yourself—God is till moving. He still works.
He hasn’t changed.

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.
Psalm 145:3

Testimony Tuesday

Good morning warriors. I had planned two encouraging testimonies this morning but for some strange reason one wouldn’t load. The app was acting a little fiddley. (Is that a word? If it isn’t I just made it up)

I will keep trying to download the one video, but in the meantime, the following is a boost of encouragement from a woman whose account I follow. Her message applies to all of us Christian’s who walk daily with the Lord.

No matter where you in your journey as a Christian be encouraged. All of us including myself are fighting battles, whether personal or collectively as we live in today’s world.

There is a hope.
Let’s remember this.

When life is hard or challenging, we have always The Shepherd to lean on.

I pray today, that no matter where life has found you today, look to the One who is life, and trust that He has already gone before us and overcome.

Be blessed.

Apparently God needed to tell me something three times.
And by the third time, I was like:
Okay, God. I get it.

I wasn't searching for these verses.
I happened upon all three while working on something completely different.

First:
"The righteous person may have many troubles.." Psalm 34:19

Then:
"We must go through many hardships…”
Acts 14:22

And finally, Jesus Himself:
"In this world you will have trouble."
John 16:33

Okayyyy. I'm listening.

Many troubles.
Many hardships.
You WILL have trouble.

Not exactly the inspirational message was hoping for.

But I started wondering if maybe God wasn't simply reminding me that life would be hard.
Maybe He was correcting something I keep forgetting.

Hardship does not necessarily mean something has gone wrong.

And yet, how often do we treat it that way?

Something gets hard and immediately we wonder:

God, where are You?
Did I make the wrong decision?
Am I outside Your will?
Why would You let this happen?

If You're with me, why is this so hard?

Somewhere along the way, I think many of us started believing that God's faithfulness should look like a life with fewer hard things.

But that isn't actually what Scripture promises.

Jesus didn't say,

"Follow Me, and nothing will hurt."

He said,
"In this world you will have trouble."

And then He told us not to lose heart.

And this is the part I almost missed:

None of those verses leaves us alone in the trouble.

"The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all."

"In this world you will have trouble.
But take heart! I have overcome the world."

The trouble is real.
But so is God.

Maybe we need to stop
interpreting every difficult season as evidence that God has abandoned us.

Maybe the presence of hardship doesn't mean the absence of God.

Maybe sometimes we are exactly where we're supposed to be...

and it's still hard.

Because Psalm 34 was written by someone who knew fear.

Someone who cried out.
Someone who was brokenhearted.
Someone who had troubles.

And somehow, right there in the middle of it all, David could still say:

"Taste and see that the LORD is
good." Psalm 34:8

Maybe that's where we learn His goodness most deeply.

Not because suffering itself is good.
But because we discover that when everything around us is shaking,

He isn't.
He is still near.

Still faithful.
Still listening.
Still God.

So yes.
You may have many troubles.
You may go through hardships.

Jesus Himself said you will have trouble in this world.

But please don't stop reading there.

The Lord delivers.
Jesus has overcome.

And the God who is close to the brokenhearted will be with you through every bit of it.
Psalm 34:18-19

1 Samuel 17:47 —
“This is the LORD’s battle, and he will give you to us!”

1 Samuel 17:45 —
“I come to you in the name of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies…”

Deuteronomy 20:4 — “For the LORD your God is going with you! He will fight for you against your enemies…”

Isaiah 41:10 — “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.”

Romans 8:31 — “If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

We WILL face giants. But the battle is the Lords! And he determines our steps🙌🏻
