“Lord, call us to battle, that we may proclaim you King of Kings and Lord of Lords!” —Miss Clara from the movie War Room

This is from Praying Medic. His YouTube channel is where I got Red Pilled a few years ago. He was a former atheist and God transformed him. He helps you identify when God is speaking to you. Sometimes, we think our thoughts are our own not realizing God is speaking to us. He teaches you how to step out in faith and trust God for miracles. This is another good read for sure!

Mental Discipline for the Digital Soldier

Military drill instructors have many goals when training new recruits. One goal is instilling mental toughness.

We're currently fighting an information war. As with any type of warfare, digital soldiers must develop and maintain the right mental attitude if they're to be victorious.

When complaining is allowed in the ranks of an army, it lowers the morale of the entire unit. For that reason, drill instructors do not tolerate whining. They demand mental toughness.

Mental toughness is the mindset that despite present perception of negative circumstances, accomplishing the mission is the top priority, the team is adequately prepared for any and all obstacles, and victory will be achieved when the team overcomes the obstacles it faces.

Your enemy is constantly evaluating your posts, and trying to develop a strategy to defeat you. Presenting a public appearance of mental toughness removes any strategic advantage they might gain over you.
Heartbreaking to see this. But their courage speaks louder and is inspiring! 👇🏼
Sometimes when I am in my War Room the cat in this case my daughters cat Finnegan A.KA. Finney, comes in when he hears me praying out loud. I pray with my emotions. That is just how I roll. I think Finney gets concerned and jumps up on my desk and will lay down. Animals are so responsive to our human emotions. At least in my case. I grabbed my phone to take this photo of him and his sweet display of concern. Thank you Lord for gracing me with your presence through animals. 🙏🏻❤️😽
Quote of the day

“God never expects you to take on the giant without fighting the lion and the bear first.”

David’s darkest moment became the back door to the throne room and the next thing, he became king.

I don’t believe anybody reaches their potential until they learn to stand alone and strengthen themselves.

The story of David and Goliath is one of my favorite hallmark of faith stories of the Bible.

The main theme that really speaks to me with this event, is that David knew his God. He had confidence, and his identity was in God and what God can do. He trusted and relied on God, but not before he was tested first.

All of us are given tests, whether we realize it or not. God is training and equipping you all the time. It is up to us to acknowledge who God is and how we apply ourselves in any given situation with His presence in mind.

God wants us dependent on Him alone, fully surrendered by faith. Only then, will we see the victory in our battles.

So, the next time you are in the heat of a battle.
Press into God and ask Him to show you how to stand against the lions and bears in your life.

One day, not if there will be a giant, but when there is a giant. You will go forth with the confidence that God goes before you grounded and equipped to stand up against the opposition with the authority of God within you.

“Your servant has killed both lion and bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing he has defied the armies of the living God.” Moreover David said, “The Lord, who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and the Lord be with you!””

Testimony Tuesday

Sweet Alyssa

During the summer of 2019 my step father had taken ill and was not doing very well. He lived in a small town in Nevada near Carson City (Gardnerville). I received a call from my sister stating he was taken to the ER twice in one week for what we thought was a stroke. One of my dad’s friends happen to be at his home and had called 911 when he had passed out. He was hospitalized and was given a diagnosis of Myeloid Leukemia. His prognosis was anywhere from weeks to 6 months to live.
All of us siblings live out of state. We knew that our dad was getting up there in age, and we knew that he was getting more frail. He has been widowed twice. He lived alone, but he had many friends from his church community. All three of us siblings decided we needed to be with him.

My sister and I decided to fly to Reno the day after Fourth of July . I live in Portland, Oregon, and both my brother and sister live in Southern California. After my daughter dropped me off at the airport, I made my way to the designated airline terminal. I arrived early. Very few people were waiting there also. I sat and prayed and thought about my dad. I also thought about who would I sit next to me on the plane. A thought came across my mind. I remembered my prayer from that morning. “Lord, give me an opportunity to encourage or reach someone today”. As I sat and waited for my flight to arrive, I watched the terminal fill up as people trickled in. As the time got closer for the flight, there were hardly any seats left.

A young woman traveling by herself sat next to me. She looked like she was in her twenties. Very young. She was outgoing and we struck up a conversation. She told me she was visiting a friend in Southern California, and she had a stop over in Reno. She asked me where I was heading. I told her that my dad was dying and I am on my way to see him in Nevada. She offered her condolences, and we kept talking, and kept checking the time to see when boarding started. In the meantime Southwest Airlines was having a contest, and looking to give away vouchers with discounts on your next flight with them. The Flight agent made a public announcement and asked “Does anyone have a penny from the 1960’s, first one to raise their hand, gets a $25.00 voucher”. (I thought sarcastically, ‘how generous, how about a free flight?”) Everyone was digging in their pockets or purses. The young woman next to me started looking for her penny, then I started to also. We both laughed at how everyone was looking for the same thing. We finally introduced ourselves. She told me her name; Alyssa.

The announcement came over the PA our gate was now boarding. Alyssa and I stood at our designated numbered places. She stated “ I hope I get a window seat and we get to sit together”. I told her that I would be boarding the plane first and I will make sure she will get a window seat, and sit together.
I boarded first and found two seats available. Southwest Airlines does not assign seats. It’s a pick your seat when you board kinda deal. I knew the Lord would put us together.
Alyssa boarded and I waved her over to my seat. I held her seat next to the window. We buckled our seatbelts and our short journey began.

Over the course of our flight, we shared a little bit about our lives. She shared that she is a mother of a 3 year old with a disability. I shared about going to see my dying father. We talked about many things. She also shared she had come out of an abusive relationship with her previous boyfriend her daughters father, and recently met a young man she is currently dating who seems to be devoted to her and her daughter. She confided that she’s had a history of being in abusive relationships with men, and felt like she finally found someone that really cares about her. She mentioned she was hoping to get into this new apartment that she really needed her own place. Her mother was taking care of her daughter while away.

Over the course of the near 2 hour flight to Reno we got to know each other. I was able to minister to her.
I asked if I could pray for her, she agreed. I prayed and thanked God for putting her on this flight with me and and thanked Him for loving and pursuing Alyssa, and to help her get that apartment, and watch over her little daughter.
Alyssa started to cry. She said she believed in God, and wondered how things were going to work out in her life. I shared God’s love with her and said “If you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you, and that He is a faithful good Father and a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. He is so forgiving. Just cry out to Him and He will hear you” Alyssa kept crying, and said “This is good that I am with you, I believe I need to make things right with God, I want to change”.
“God hears you Alyssa, just ask Him” I said.
“You’re amazing”! She said
“No, you’re amazing, because you are a wonderful mother to that little girl, and you are doing a great job as a single parent. You never gave up on her, when most people probably would have aborted their babies when they find out something is wrong with them.”
I happen to have a God pocket wallet in my carryon bag. I reached down to get it and said to her, “God has something else for you Alyssa”. I told her the story of how I ask God every morning to show me someone to reach or encourage. I told Alyssa, “I believe He sent you for me, and me for you”
It was evident the Holy Spirit was working in her heart. I handed her the little fabric wallet and told her I make these little wallets and put God’s gift inside, and sometimes He lets me know who it is going to go to. “He just now reminded me of it and I believe He wants you to have it Alyssa” “This is from Him, I am just the delivery agent”. She looked at the wallet and said “you made this?” I nodded my head. She opened the wallet and started to sob. Luckily we were sitting towards the back of the plane, and the plane engine noise was kind of loud and I was glad for the distraction because she was just sobbing her heart out. Inside the wallet was two crisp $100.00 dollar bills .She kept saying to me “you’re amazing, you are amazing, thank you, thank you”
I said to her “Alyssa, no; God is amazing!” He orchestrated all of this today, He put us together on this plane, He is pursuing you and wants a relationship with you if you just trust Him.”
She kept nodding her head, and blowing her nose. The Holy Spirit was beginning His work and I was grateful to be a part of it. I had the privilege of witnessing God bring this young woman into His kingdom.
We kept hugging, and crying together, and I told her one last time “God is so good and He loves you!”, and He wants you to know that He cares so much for you Alyssa and your daughter. He is the one you need to thank”.
I wanted her to make sure she knew that God had done all of this and this was not fate or chance. It was all planned.
God answered my prayer and sent me someone to encourage.

Our plane began its decent to Reno. We kept talking as she finally composed her self. She kept saying, “things are gonna change now”. A thought had crossed my mind and I believe God wanted me to share it with her. I said to her; “Alyssa, I want to warn you, the enemy doesn’t like what has happened here today, but I want to remind you. The devil is a liar and when you get off this plane he is going to tell you nothing happened. He is going to try to convince you that this will not last and things will go back to the same as before. Don’t believe him!” I said firmly.
I let her know that God is the good, good Father, and He will keep her. Just cry out to Him when you feel overwhelmed, and don’t pay attention to the enemies voice. She nodded her head.
As we were moments away from landing, we exchanged phone numbers. I told her to text me to let me know how she is doing. She agreed. I told her I will be praying for her. She thanked me and we hugged one last time. As the plane docked in the Reno terminal we hugged each other for the last time and we said our goodbyes. She stayed in her seat to continue her flight to Long Beach, California.
I disembarked the plane with a smile on my face and I waited in the terminal to meet my sister and brother.

About a week later I received a text message from Alyssa. It was Friday July 12. Her message said; “Good afternoon, it’s Alyssa from the plane. Just wanted to say thank you again & you are such an amazing person.”
I responded back;
Alyssa thank you, it was a pleasure to meet you and to have you as a seat mate. Made my flight so enjoyable. God has such a heart for you and He wanted you to know that personally, and this is why I believe we were both on that plane together. Never forget how much He loves you and wants you to know what a great Father He truly is. God bless you my dear! ❤️❤️❤️
I left her with the verse Proverbs 3:5-6 to look up herself.

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”

On Saturday, July 20 2019
I heard from Alyssa once again;`
“Hey Paula, just thought I’d let you know God answered your prayer ❤️❤️❤️ I just got news that I got my apartment! Thank you so much! Much love to you!”

I responded; “That is awesome news Alyssa! God is a God of detail, He delights in answering our prayers.”

That was the last time I heard from Alyssa. I had sent a text message on Friday November 1, letting her know that my father had finally passed away on July 31st and let her know I was thinking of her and letting her know that she and her daughter were in my prayers.

It has been several months, since the encounter with God’s divine appointment. I never heard from Alyssa again. I think of her often and pray when the Lord brings her to my mind.
I wished we had taken a ‘selfie’ together, but that day with Alyssa is forever etched in my heart.

I felt like the character ‘Clara’ from the movie War Room, when she said…”Lord, send me another one”

You can’t discover the fullness of the glory God has put in you without putting yourself at risk. All it takes is a willing and obedient heart. Never underestimate how God will use you to further His Kingdom. —Blessings, Paula

Quote of the day

God remembers the promise He put in your heart.
Don’t be discouraged if things aren’t happening on your time table

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9 NIV

“At the time I have decided, my words will come true. You can trust what I say about the future. It may take a long time, but keep on waiting— it will happen!”
Habakkuk 2:3 CEV
Forwarded from ThinMint
Habakkuk, from the Old Testament, should be relatable to us. We read of his frustration that God doesn’t appear to be intervening to end the wickedness. Habakkuk brings his anger, doubts and questions to God. He wonders where God’s goodness is because he sees the evil, the tragedies and the injustice.

We wonder, too, don’t we? We wonder if God will do anything to right the wrongs, punish the wicked and help the persecuted.

The book of Habakkuk shows us that He will intervene in the affairs of humanity. The book opens with despondency, but ends in reassurance that He is not only slow to anger and is ready to forgive and heal (this is for our benefit), He will also deal with sin. God tells us to trust His timing and asks us to be faithful to Him even when we don’t understand His plan.

Just like Habakkuk, we can bring our anguishes, our doubts, and our questions to God. We have God’s promise that He hears our supplications, He is not indifferent and He does take action.

And just like it was in the days of Habakkuk, when things got worse before it got better, we are to live by the same principle as Habakkuk: faith, believing that God will restore.

Like I have mentioned before, most people (i.e. the people who just do what they are told by their employer, the government, or the narrative) do not know the law so they believe that vaccine and mask mandates can be enforced. However, this is not true. This is when you will have to push back and contact an attorney to get advice.

I hope this helps you because now is the time to stand up to this kind of injustice and draconian medical tyranny.

Good afternoon faithful warriors!

I just read an amazing thread by @ThinMint, if you don’t already please give her a follow. You will not only be inspired but encouraged. Plus she’s too darn stinkin’ funny! 😂
Please read her latest “A Time Like This” thread Part 1-3. I suppose I could of shared it with you on this channel, but then you would miss all the other great content she puts out. I feel like God is moving within the ranks and He is raising up His army. You will be encouraged!
Now, after reading her thread, I’m gonna be like the “sweeper” sheep dog. And, help get us all back in through the narrow gate, because sometimes we start to panic and go every which way sort of speak, especially after Traitor Joe’s EO today 😂

Something tells me that we are ALL experiencing backlash, and persecution from ALL directions. Expect the heat to turn up but please don’t panic. God is with us!

I am hearing stories from personal friends, regarding division within their own families, marriages, friends, co-workers, neighbors, just about everywhere, (I am also experiencing this myself) including on social media. People are sharing stories on how they are being ostracized for their beliefs, and stance on the current political climate, vax position, etc.

We are also being denied personal freedoms because of a choice for our own bodies. Yes, we are under heavy attack.

Know this, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! You may feel like your alone, (I know I do sometimes) but truly God is with us!

We know there is a harassing spirit of division. We know the enemy wants us divided.
So, what do we do in response? How do we come against it?

The trick is recognizing the true enemy. He is a master at disguising himself as our boss or co-worker who is always nit-picking at everything we do, the neighbor next door, the old bully from high school. And yes, it can be our own family member(s) in most cases, which the enemy just relishes this more than anything.

Don’t get caught in his trap. The worst thing to do is argue back. All it does is give the enemy more leverage.
The Word says:
“Do not speak in the hearing of a fool, For he will despise the wisdom of your words.”
Proverbs 23:9

“Do not answer a fool according to his folly, Lest you also be like him.”
Proverbs 26:4 NKJV

Remember how Jesus responded to Satan? He used the Word of God!
Below is a reminder how powerful the Word of God is!
“For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person], and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
Hebrews 4:12 AMP

Jesus did not live in reaction to the devil, He lived in response to the Father.

Below are some scriptures to look up to help remind you.
