Even though I didn't start Carnivore myself until last September, in late June and all through July I was on the Weight Watcher's point program.

Although there are problems with that program, one thing it DID do: While I was on it I stopped eating processed food containing massive amounts of sugar, wheat, corn and seed oils.

I was mostly eating the frozen dinners for about 5 weeks.

As my inflammation went down dramatically, I lost 25 pounds of water weight.

Kerry discusses at 1 hr 2 min of the video below how he stopped snoring the FIRST DAY he was on the Carnivore Diet.

It actually WASN'T the excess weight that was causing his sleep apnea and snoring; it was because his body was so INFLAMED it was constricting his throat.
