A Pinova Chemical Plant Caught Fire, a Half a Mile Shelter in Place is in Effect

The caught fire Saturday (this morning) but crews were able extinguish it. The fire has now reignited. Officials are asking those within a 1/2 mile radius to leave.

The plant produces materials such as adhesives, glues, and even food products that are commonly used every day.
