Every lawyer in Georgia should be deeply disturbed by the Georgia Bar right now. Every lawyer across the US should be deeply disturbed by the Georgia Bar right now. It’s being run by people like Cauthorn, Remar and Hemmer. These pages reveal how completely unintelligent they have become. And sinister. No person with a thinking brain believes the BAR’s requirement to gain access to Lin’s digital devices and have them mirror imaged “by a third party” is not a violation of the attorney client privilege, which is one of the bedrocks of being a lawyer— something the BAR ought to protect to the highest degree. But also the question is— why does the BAR think they have any legal right to ask for these things? The BAR has made this case via themselves (not through a client complaint) and the case is baseless. The issue the BAR has is what? Nothing. The cases they’re all upset over (and why are they upset? It makes no sense) were never drafted or filed by Lin Wood. So, how can they destroy him? Well, they know Lin Wood is ethical, and has a proven record of a high standard of professionalism. So, it’s easy— as long as everyone will go along with it, as long as everyone involved is bent — they violate the constitution, tempt a lawyer to violate the attorney client privilege (he’s damned if he bends, damned if he doesn’t) and they compromise themselves, to stop Lin Wood? They are insane. And stupid. They have opened themselves up to litigation and the destruction of their own lives. And for what?

If I had complied with the unconstitutional order of the GA B.A.R “Special Master” to allow my computer to be mirror imaged by a third party and grant that third party access to all my email accounts and my iCloud account, I would have been guilty of an egregious violation of my clients’ right of confidentiality and my right of privacy.

“Kiwani Tommy” Cauthorn “ordered” me to commit unethical acts and “ordered” me to violate my own Constitutional right of privacy.

I am an ethical lawyer who strongly believes in our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The GA B.A.R. demons knew I would never comply and planned to use my non-compliance as an illegitimate basis to ultimately disbar me.

A calculated conspiracy to ensnare me in a net.

The history of The State B.A.R. of Georgia is very, very, very interesting.

Membership in the GA B.A.R. was voluntary from 1884 until 1964.

Who was a key player in making membership mandatory???

Frank C. Jones, my first father-in-law. My marriage to his daughter ended in early 1980 due to misconduct on my part.

Who was instrumental in the GA B.A.R moving its headquarters from Macon to Atlanta???

Who was instrumental in obtaining the elegant palace (formerly the Federal Reserve Building) for the present headquarters in Atlanta???

Frank was a powerhouse lawyer in Macon who became an even more powerful powerhouse lawyer when he left Macon for Atlanta to become a partner at King & Spalding.

They say “hell hath no fury like that of a scorned woman.”

I think it can also be said that “hell hath no fury like that of the father of a scorned woman,” especially so when the father is a very powerful powerhouse lawyer.

That father’s wrath can even extend beyond the grave through his relatives who are lawyers and his fellow “secret society” club members.

When Frank C. Jones spoke, people listened. Maybe some still listen to him speaking from the grave to do his bidding.
