CVE-2026-91154 - Missing authentication in Ecommerce Template product cache revalidation allows unauthenticated denial of service

CVE ID :CVE-2026-91154
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:17 p.m. | 1 hour, 9 minutes ago
Description :Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) in the product cache revalidation Server Action (src/app/actions.ts, revalidateProducts) in MarcosCamara01 Ecommerce Template before commit ec97209 allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to force expiration of the entire storefront product cache at will. The file declares "use server" at file scope, so every exported function compiles into a POST-invokable Server Action; revalidateProducts calls updateTag("products") with no session or role check, unlike the read-only actions in the same file which are safe by construction. Two client components under src/components/admin import the function, which causes its Server Action id to be compiled into a public /_next/static chunk that the application's admin middleware (proxy.ts) does not gate, so any unauthenticated user can extract that id from the public bundle and invoke the action directly. With cacheComponents enabled, the entire storefront (home, categories, product pages, search) is served from "use cache" entries produced by getAllProducts, getCategoryProducts and getProduct, all tagged products with an hours-long cacheLife. Repeated unauthenticated invocation of revalidateProducts keeps that cache permanently cold, forcing every visitor's request to read the full product catalog from Postgres instead of serving from cache, degrading storefront availability at near-zero attacker cost.

CVE-2026-93348 - Unsloth Zoo Code Injection via model_type in config.json

CVE ID :CVE-2026-93348
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:17 p.m. | 1 hour, 9 minutes ago
Description :Unsloth Zoo versions 2025.9.9 before 2026.8.14, as implemented in Unsloth 2025.9.9 through 2026.8.19, contains a code injection vulnerability in the model-loading compile path where the get_transformers_model_type() function in hf_utils.py collects model_type values from nested model configurations without enforcing a character allowlist, allowing newlines and arbitrary Python source to survive normalization. Attackers can embed a newline in a nested model_type value within a malicious model's config.json to terminate the generated import statement and execute arbitrary Python code via exec() in unsloth_compile_transformers(), achieving remote code execution as the loading user when the model is loaded for training or inference.

CVE-2026-97399 - One-byte overread in strncasecmp on Power8

CVE ID :CVE-2026-97399
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:17 p.m. | 1 hour, 9 minutes ago
Description :The strncasecmp function in the GNU C Library 2.24 and later optimized for the Power8 architecture may read one byte beyond the input size limit, which may crash a program when that byte is not readable. This condition may happen when the input strings to the strncasecmp function are attacker controlled in an application and they match all the way up to the edge of their page and the neighbouring page is either not mapped or is not readable.

CVE-2026-54160 - Network UPS Tools: A PWN Request in make-dist workflow can execute PR-controlled code with write-scoped GITHUB_TOKEN

CVE ID :CVE-2026-54160
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:35 p.m. | 50 minutes ago
Description :Network UPS Tools is a collection of programs which provide a common interface for monitoring and administering UPS, PDU and SCD hardware. Prior to commits 658b24e and 1aa31d1, the GitHub Actions script used to prepare NUT tarballs and update GitHub Checks statuses and PR comments about it was mis-structured in terms of mixing code running with higher privileges (single-use token generated with write permissions) and untrusted inputs (PR source branch). A malicious PR run from a fork could extract the GITHUB_TOKEN value. It could potentially be abused while it was valid (while the GHA job ran) to manipulate Git repository contents, commit checks/statuses, or issue/PR comments, according to permissions it was issued with. This issue has been patched via commits 658b24e and 1aa31d1.

CVE-2026-55096 - SSRF via DNS-resolution gap in _validate_url_security (file download by URL)

CVE ID :CVE-2026-55096
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:38 p.m. | 48 minutes ago
Description :fast-mcp-telegram is a Telegram MCP Server. Prior to version 30.1, the send_message/send_message_to_phone MCP tools accept files as a list of http(s) URLs, which the server downloads and attaches to the outgoing Telegram message. Downloads are guarded by _validate_url_security, an SSRF denylist that checks the URL's literal hostname string but never resolves DNS. The fetch (httpx.AsyncClient.get) does its own resolution at request time. Consequently a hostname that resolves to a loopback / private / link-local address passes the guard and is fetched — even with the secure defaults block_private_ips=True and allow_http_urls=False. Because the fetched body is returned to the attacker as a Telegram file attachment, this is a full-read, exfiltrating SSRF, not blind. This issue has been patched in version 30.1.

CVE-2026-48100 - Payy: agg_agg trailing message slots are unconstrained and allow forged burn messages

CVE ID :CVE-2026-48100
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:43 p.m. | 43 minutes ago
Description :Payy is an Ethereum L2 zk-rollup for privacy preserving and regulatory compliant transactions. Prior to version 1.3.0, agg_agg forwards the compacted message stream from its inner proofs into a public messages: [Field; 1000] array, but it never checks that the unused tail of the outer array is zero. A registered prover can build a valid agg_final proof for an approved rollup block while inserting an extra burn message after the real messages. RollupV1.verifyRollup() then parses that public input as a normal burn and transfers USDC from the rollup contract to the attacker. This is a severe circuit soundness failure: the proof system accepts a public statement whose messages array is not fully derived from the verified inner proofs. On the current deployment, verifyRollup() is restricted to the existing allowlisted prover, so a fresh public caller cannot submit the invalid proof directly. That gate limits who can reach L1 today; it does not make the circuit statement sound. The issue becomes permissionless under the prover model described in the Payy whitepaper. Section 3.3.2 states: "To join as a prover, the prover is required to submit a small stake", and Section 3.3.1 states that if a prover fails to submit, "other nodes can submit the block proof instead." In that model, an attacker only needs to become a registered prover and use public validator approval data for an already approved block. This issue has been patched in version 1.3.0.

CVE-2026-87114 - Kube-compare: container:// reference extraction runs the image entrypoint and silently escalates to sudo

CVE ID :CVE-2026-87114
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:49 p.m. | 37 minutes ago
Description :A flaw was found in kube-compare. When processing a 'container://' reference path, the tool incorrectly executes an untrusted container image's entrypoint instead of merely extracting data from a stopped container. This allows a remote attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution on the operator's workstation. If the Docker daemon requires elevated privileges, the untrusted code may execute with root-mediated daemon privileges, posing a significant security risk.

CVE-2026-101894 - @xhmikosr/decompress: Path traversal via symlink chain

CVE ID :CVE-2026-101894
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 4:57 p.m. | 29 minutes ago
Description :The decompress package for Node.js extracts archives. Prior to 10.2.2 and 11.1.4, the default decompress(input, output) API relies on lexical containment checks that do not account for the kernel following a planted symlink chain. An attacker can supply a crafted archive containing chained symlink entries so that a later entry resolves outside the output directory. This allows files outside output to be read or written, and overwriting startup scripts or configuration can lead to remote code execution. The maintained @xhmikosr/decompress package is fixed in 10.2.2 and 11.1.4, but the separately affected unmaintained decompress package remains unpatched through 4.2.1. This vulnerability results from a bypass of the incomplete hardening for CVE-2026-53486. @xhmikosr/decompress is fixed in versions 10.2.2 and 11.1.4.

CVE-2026-102266 - PyJWK accepts empty HMAC keys, bypassing PyJWT's empty-key validation

CVE ID :CVE-2026-102266
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 8:21 p.m. | 1 hour, 5 minutes ago
Description :PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. From 2.13.0 until 2.14.0, HMACAlgorithm.from_jwk is affected because PyJWK verification path used the decoded key without applying prepare_key validation. This occurs when a trusted JWK Set contains an oct entry with an empty k value. As a result, an attacker signs an HMAC token with the same zero-length key accepted by PyJWT. Consequently, forged token can carry arbitrary authenticated claims. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.0.

CVE-2026-102267 - PyJWT: PyJWKClient follows redirects when fetching JWKS

CVE ID :CVE-2026-102267
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 8:23 p.m. | 1 hour, 3 minutes ago
Description :PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. Prior to 2.14.0, PyJWT PyJWKClient is affected because redirect destinations are not revalidated against the JWKS trust boundary. This occurs when a configured trusted JWKS endpoint returns an attacker-influenced redirect. As a result, PyJWKClient follows the redirect and consumes the redirected response as key material. Consequently, forwarded credentials may be disclosed or verification keys may be substituted. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.0.

CVE-2026-102268 - PyJWT: Asymmetric-PEM detection bypass: whitespace/line-ending-mutated public keys skip the HS/asymmetric confusion guard

CVE ID :CVE-2026-102268
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 8:26 p.m. | 1 hour ago
Description :PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. Prior to 2.14.0, is_pem_format in jwt/utils.py is affected because is_pem_format does not recognize every PEM representation accepted by the cryptography loader. This occurs when an application mixes HMAC and asymmetric algorithms and supplies a mutated public-key PEM as raw key bytes. As a result, HMACAlgorithm.prepare_key treats the unrecognized asymmetric public key as an HMAC secret. Consequently, an attacker who knows the public key can forge authenticated HMAC tokens. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.0.

CVE-2026-102269 - PyJWT: Non-canonical signature segments enable raw-token revocation bypass

CVE ID :CVE-2026-102269
Published : Sept. 28, 2026, 8:27 p.m. | 58 minutes ago
Description :PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. Prior to 2.14.0, PyJWT signature segment is affected because signature segment decoding accepts characters outside the canonical Base64URL representation. This occurs when non-Base64URL characters are appended to a valid compact JWS signature segment. As a result, base64url_decode produces the same signature bytes for different serialized segments. Consequently, raw-token revocation checks can fail to recognize an equivalent modified token. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.0.
