Strategies to Relieve Eye Strain
Modern technology causes eye strain by reducing natural blinking rates when using screens
The 20-20-20 rule
- take longer breaks — look 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.
Another variation is taking five-minute breaks hourly.
Blue light from screens disrupts your sleep patterns by suppressing melatonin production, affecting your circadian rhythms significantly.
Regular exercise benefits your eye health by reducing risks of dry eye disease, myopia,
cataracts, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration through body-wide effects
Lutein and zeaxanthin from leafy greens protect your vision by filtering harmful blue light
and concentrating in the macula, reducing macular degeneration risk
Are you experiencing tired, achy eyes lately? You’re not the only one, as modern technology, particularly the excessive use of screens and rampant exposure to blue
light, has caused a massive increase in eye strain.
Try pencil push-ups —commonly used to train your eyes to converge when looking at an object near you, which can help improve eyesight.
Here’s how to perform this exercise:
1. Hold a pencil at arm’s length. The pencil should be vertical, with the eraser pointing upward just below eye level. Then, position it in front of your nose.
2. Move the pencil to your face while concentrating your vision on the eraser. Stop after you see two pencils rather than one.
3. Slowly move the pencil back to arm’s length while focusing on keeping a single image.
4. Begin the exercise for 30 seconds, then build up to 60 seconds three times a day

Driving home today I saw what appears to be balls of fluff coming down from the sky.. drifting along the ground. This has been going on for months .. not every day but often.

PARASITE UPDATE
Have you noticed this too ? Large balls of fluff coming down from the sky .. rolling along pavements .. I expected to hear it was sprinkled with heavy metals but this person is saying it’s loaded with parasites .. all things considered.. a parasite cleanse is the easier detox… you may want to do one now 😉

BORON
Nothing Boring About Boron
--------------------------
A recent Article poste in the ISOM : International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine
Pizzorno L. (2015) Integrative Medicine: A Clinician;s Journal. 14(4)
This article reviews the diverse and essential roles of boron in human health. Drawing from both clinical studies and experimental research, the author outlines how boron influences the expression of key biomolecules, enhances nutrient metabolism, and shows potential in disease prevention and treatment. The article also highlights safe and effective dosing strategies for therapeutic use.
Discussed in the article:
- Boron reduces:
- urinary excretion of calcium and magnesium, promoting bone mineralization
- inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, TNF-α)
- Boron increases:
- antioxidant enzymes (SOD, catalase, glutathione peroxidase)
- serum estradiol and testosterone in postmenopausal women, especially when magnesium is low
- Boron enhances:
- vitamin D metabolism
- brain electrical activity, cognitive performance, and short-term memory, particularly in older adults
- Boron also:
- has protective and therapeutic effects in prostate, cervical, and lung cancers, and lymphomas.
- helps counteract pesticide-induced oxidative damage
Dosing information:
- 3 mg/day – the most frequently studied dose. Safe and effective for general support of bone, hormonal, and anti-inflammatory health.
- 6 mg/day – shown to reduce hs-CRP after 15 days in middle-aged people with osteoarthritis
- 6 mg/day – increases serum testosterone and lower estradiol in healthy men
- 10 mg/day – resulted in a 20% decrease in the plasma concentration of TNF-α after one week
- 20 mg/day – upper intake level (UL)
- 3% boric acid solution – used clinically to accelerate healing in deep wounds and reduce hospital stays.
"The trace mineral boron is a micronutrient with diverse and vitally important roles in metabolism that render it necessary for plant, animal, and human health, and, possibly, as recent research suggests, for the evolution of life on Earth."

BEAUTY PRODUCTS
You may be unknowingly applying over 168 chemicals to your skin daily through skincare and cosmetics. Many of these compounds:
• Can disrupt hormones that impact liver function
• Contain preservatives that create oxidative stress
• Include fragrance chemicals linked to sensitization and liver enzyme changes
• Feature petroleum derivatives that burden detoxification pathways
What's most alarming?
Studies show many skin-calming ingredients provide temporary relief while simultaneously adding to your liver's workload—creating the perfect storm for chronic, worsening skin conditions.
Breaking this cycle doesn't require expensive new products.
Once you know toxic ingredients are in your products you’re on your path to healthy skin care.
Consider making your own skin cream.
Get yourself some:
Castor oil
Coconut oil - if you’re sensitive to coconut oil replace with Jojoba or peach oil
Here’s a recipe to mix to your liking :
FACE CREAM & for your body
-Calendula
-Coconut oil
-Castor oil
-Shea Butter
-Tallow
-Aloe Vera
- essential oils - peppermint, lavendar, lemongras, cedarwood, frankincense & any others you’re drawn to.
- smell your mix.. be sure it appeals to you with a light fresh scent .. essentially scent free.

LINOLEIC ACID, Mitochondria, Gut Microbiome, and METABOLIC HEALTH
Notes by Dr Mercola
Linoleic acid (LA), a fat found in vegetable oils, accumulates in your tissues and disrupts mitochondrial function, which drains your energy and slows your metabolism
This fat becomes toxic when oxidized, producing harmful byproducts that damage DNA, enzymes, and mitochondria (your energizers).
Excess LA damages your gut by interfering with colon cell metabolism, harming beneficial microbes, and promoting inflammation linked to insulin resistance and obesity
LA lasts in body fat about two years, meaning the damage builds up slowly and requires long-term dietary changes to reverse.
Cutting out vegetable oils, eating gut-repairing whole foods, and switching to stable fats like grass fed butter and tallow are key steps to restoring your metabolic health.
A century ago, linoleic acid (LA) wasn’t a major part of the human diet. Today, it dominates. Hidden in nearly every processed food and most restaurant meals, this polyunsaturated fat — found in vegetable oils like soybean, corn, and canola — has quietly become the most consumed fat in the modern world.
You’ve likely been told it’s healthy, even essential.
But the truth is, LA behaves very differently inside your body than other fats. Unlike saturated fats, it’s chemically unstable. It breaks down easily, especially when exposed to heat, light, or oxygen — turning into toxic byproducts that your body struggles to clear. And unlike fats your body uses for energy, this one gets stored in your tissues and builds up over time, where it quietly interferes with energy production, gut health, and hormone regulation.
If you’ve been dealing with low energy, unexplained weight gain, or insulin resistance, there’s a good chance this hidden ingredient is working against you.
Most people don’t realize that the foods they’ve been told are heart-healthy, like certain oils, nuts and packaged snacks, are loading their cells with something they weren’t designed to handle in such high amounts.

I’m receiving a lot of requests about Oral Health.
I have been lecturing across the world about oral health concerns. This is important relative to overall health.
Your mouth is the entrance to the temple of your body.
You have the ability to absorb directly through oral mucosa into the bloodstream, bypassing the gastrointestinal system.
Any imbalance or introduction of an excess amount of unhealthy chemicals will affect all your organ systems.
Stay tuned… I will empower you in making good choices for yourself. Don’t let any of this scare you.
Give your body credit for its divine intelligence.

Here’s how toxins we know about affect our digestion.
• Mold Exposure: Mycotoxins from mold can thicken bile, making it harder for your body to digest fats and clear waste.
• Heavy Metals: Lead, mercury, and other metals can impair liver function, slowing bile production.
• Environmental Toxins: Everyday chemicals can overload the liver, leading to sluggish digestion and toxic buildup.
What can you do?
• Use air purifiers and dehumidifiers to reduce mold exposure.
- learn about how to eliminate mold around you - do a search on mold in this chat to read posted links about how to safely clean away mold.
• Incorporate gentle detoxifiers like activated charcoal or chlorella.
• Stay hydrated and support bile flow with lemon water and greens.

No doubt, wth less stringent regulations in Canada over the US with ‘organic,’ this information in the above link is important to learn about.
💯1
Government regulated ‘Certified Organic’ does not mean truly organic.
APEEL - is laboratory created to coat food.
If you want truly organic food go to
Farmer’s Markets & speak directly with the farmers.
Learn about how they farm & feed their crop & their animals.
Visit their farms..see it first hand.
