Homemade Deodorant
Deodorant containing baking soda is the best homemade deodorant. Use equal amounts of baking soda and corn starch or use arrowroot powder to replace corn starch if the corn starch irritates your skin. Apply to your underarms by patting it on. Add coconut oil if you prefer more of a paste.
If you are sensitive to coconut oil, replace it with half the recommended portion using almond, avocado or jojoba oil.

Here are two recipes, one is a very simple tea form that includes no prep, and the other is a juice. I enjoy making the juice and freezing some for later.
➡️SIMPLE TEA Organic Ingredients
👉🏻1 oz cranberries
👉🏻1.5 cups boiling water
👉🏻1 orange slice
👉🏻1 tsp honey
👉🏻Combine all, let steep for 7 mins, drink.
➡️JUICE Organic Ingredients
👉🏻1 - 12 oz bag of cranberries
👉🏻5 cups water
👉🏻2 oranges, juiced
👉🏻1.5 TBSP unpasteurized raw honey (optional)
👉🏻Rinse the cranberries & oranges

The Reality of Parasites

- intermittent fasting
- foot detox- you can add salt crystals to hot water & place feet in for 30min
cut up onions & place on the soles of your feet over night
- take a hot bath with several cups of pure, sea salt crystals for 30+ minutes
- Sauna - if you have access to one
- PBM (red light therapy) & PEMF (pulse electromagnetic Field) if you have access to these
Then when you feel ready -
Do a parasite cleanse :
regimen of anti-parasitics - ask your MD to provide a script for an anti parasitic .. that’s what Ivermectin is authorized for.
Know that ivermectin removes significant parasites but not all.
