I will periodically post current studies that may be hugely impactful for our ‘psychological, physical & spiritual’ health.
The above study is an interesting example.

Food Warnings
Foods labeled ‘organic’, ‘herbal’, ‘antioxidant’, ‘healthy’ are not all healthy or safe beyond a certain amount.
In fact, this is true for most foods. Moderation is key.
Keep in mind :
By definition ‘a biologic, is any pharmaceutical drug product manufactured in, extracted from, or semisynthesized from biological sources’.
Now I have your attention🙏
Let’s look at something as ‘innocuous’ as NUTMEG

NUTMEG - the spice has a narrow margin of safety. The toxic dose of nutmeg is two to three teaspoons.
That sounds extreme, but the New England Journal of Medicine published a paper: ‘Nutmeg intoxication’…
Did the custom of adding nutmeg to eggnog become a tradition because of the psychopharmacological effects?
The literature described cases of nutmeg intoxication as far back as the 1500s.
The important message here is :
Get to know your food
Look up safety margins for your food & source their origins where possible 🙏

The difference between toothpastes by the color of the stripe
The color of the stripe on the tube of toothpaste indicates the ratio of natural and chemical ingredients in the composition.
🟢 A green stripe means the paste has the most natural composition. It’s considered suitable for daily use.
🔴 A red stripe means that the paste has a ‘balanced’ composition of natural and chemical ingredients. It’s suitable for daily use, but caution to people with allergies.
🔵 A blue stripe indicates a high-intensity composition that contains up to 80% chemicals. It can be used on a regular basis, but consider alternating with other, less active gels.
⚫️ A black stripe indicates a fully chemical formulation with high concentration of active ingredients. It is not intended for daily use.
Recommendation:
Look for an organic toothpaste with no fluoride Read ingredients to be sure they’re healthy

REBOUNDING
Rebounding, jumping on a mini-trampoline, offers several health benefits for the body:
1. Improved Cardiovascular Health
Rebounding is a great way to get your heart pumping and improve cardiovascular health. The rhythmic motion increases heart rate, promoting better circulation.
2. Lymphatic Boost
Rebounding stimulates the lymphatic system. The up-and-down motion helps to flush out toxins, waste, and other unwanted materials from the body, which can enhance your immune system and overall health.
3. Balance & Coordination
The trampoline forces your body to engage multiple muscles to maintain balance, which over time improves your coordination and stability.
4. Low-Impact Exercise
Rebounding is gentle on the joints. The trampoline absorbs much of the impact, making it a great option for those with joint pain or those recovering from injuries, while still providing a workout.
5. Muscle Toning
Rebounding works out various muscle groups, particularly in the core, legs, and lower back. Regular sessions can lead to improved muscle tone.
6. Improved Bone Density
The gentle impact on bones from rebounding can stimulate bone growth and increase bone density, which is crucial for preventing osteoporosis and maintaining bone health as we age.
7. Stress Relief & Mood Booster
The rhythmic motion of bouncing has been shown to have calming effects, reducing stress and anxiety. Additionally, the physical activity releases endorphins, the body's natural mood lifters, which can help to combat depression and improve overall mental well-being.
8. Better Digestion & Gut Health
Rebounding can also positively impact digestion by stimulating the digestive tract, promoting better nutrient absorption, and reducing issues like constipation. The gentle motion helps to massage the intestines, aiding in regular bowel movements.
9. Increased Energy
Regular rebounding can lead to higher energy levels. The exercise helps to improve circulation and oxygen flow throughout the body, which can leave you feeling more energized and less fatigued throughout the day.
Just a few minutes of rebounding in your daily routine can provide several ways to support your overall health and well-being.

The REAL Reasons Why You Get Sick (It’s Not a Virus)
In 2021, Drs Mark Bailey and John Bevan-Smith published The COVID-19 Fraud & War on Humanity, an essay outlining why the belief in viruses as contagious, disease-causing entities had become an existential threat.

Let’s start a list of foods we have been told are toxic to ingest but in reality are quite the opposite:
- Unpasteurized milk vs pasteurized
-drinking milk in general
- coffee …hmm.. so much talk about how unhealthy it is..it may be the opposite than expected
- tobacco ..yep.. not cancer causing without the added chemicals
- eggs … we’re told to eat sparingly … eggs are good source of protein .. can you eat several each day? .. sure .. according to my research..
Here are foods we’re promoting as good for heath.. are they really ?
Moderation may be the answer here.
- animal fat … we need to research this one … we store byproducts & potential toxins we can’t excrete in our fat cells. What do other animals do ? Probably the same.
- salt …. Is it really good in your water? (I am referring to Celtic & Himalayan sea salt.) If it was, why can’t we drink clean sea water ? We need ‘fresh’ (rain) water to survive.
- honey … it’s very sweet. The body very likely responds to it like a sugar… Sugar is unhealthy for our body. Maybe moderate the amount ingested.
Our bodies are divinely perfect at birth. We then get assaulted by what is injected & put in our bodies. We respond epigenetically to alter gene expression & the battle with inflammation & health begins.
We need to be reminded that our bodies are divinely intelligent. Every cell has its own DNA in the mitochondria.
Everything in moderation & our bodies will manage it all & maintain the balance & health.
We are DIVINE BEINGS…
Each one of us has the God gene .. the spark .. the intelligence. Use it wisely.

AUTISM
READ THE FOLLOWING & consider the epigenetic metabolic effects that may be feeding into Autism:
READ THE FOLLOWING & consider the epigenetic metabolic effects that may be feeding into Autism:
Yes, I talked about this when I did a deep dive into Autism 18 months ago.
Suramin was used in a trial. & all participants taking it had their autism symptoms dissapear.
After the paper was published Suramin was banned.
Suramin is present in several fruits. It is available in Brazil
In 2013 Dr. Naviaux, an MD PhD & expert in human genetics and mitochondrial medicine, published the first of several papers about his cell danger response theory of autism and experiments in autism mouse models where he was able to reverse both the outward behaviours and biochemical abnormalities observed.
As a result, in 2015 he obtained approval to try suramin in humans.
Suramin is a medicine showing promise as a potential breakthrough in the treatment of Autism
Autism Study & epigenetic effects that can be reversed
http://naviauxlab.ucsd.edu/science-item/mitochondrial-disease-research/
DR Naviaux’s work suggests that the Cell Damage Response (CDR) is at the heart of autism as well as other chronic conditions and may explain why these conditions have been rising over the past 30 years.
The CDR is ultimately controlled by the conversation between mitochondria, the nucleus, and neighbouring cells. All the air we breathe and all the nutrients we eat and drink are ultimately delivered to mitochondria to help us move, think, work, and play.
He believed Autism is the key to understanding a large number of chronic, complex diseases that have no single genetic cause.

Homemade Deodorant
Deodorant containing baking soda is the best homemade deodorant. Use equal amounts of baking soda and corn starch or use arrowroot powder to replace corn starch if the corn starch irritates your skin. Apply to your underarms by patting it on. Add coconut oil if you prefer more of a paste.
If you are sensitive to coconut oil, replace it with half the recommended portion using almond, avocado or jojoba oil.
3 teaspoons baking soda.
3 teaspoons corn starch or arrowroot powder.
2 teaspoons coconut oil to make a paste.
Your choice to add a 2-3 drops of tea tree oil to make it more effective.
