SLEEP ISSUES ?

Consider this information to weigh through your choices…

Ambien Induced Sleep May Increase Risk of Dementia.

The average person spends a third of their life sleeping. Adults require around seven hours of sleep for the body’s regenerative and restorative mechanisms to do their jobs.

Sleep sometimes doesn’t come easily. Thirty-one percent of adults don’t reach the target amount.

Sleep is essential to flush out our brains, maintain healthy blood pressure, suppress unwanted memories, reduce chronic pain, decrease the risk of dementia, and maintain healthy cognitive function—the list goes on.

While the availability of quick fixes for sleep problems may seem appealing, they could disrupt the brain's natural self-cleansing abilities.

A study published on Jan. 8, as reported by Epoch Times, suggests that the common sleep medication Ambien may raise the risk of Alzheimer’s and other neurological disorders.

Sleep drugs may assist the body in falling and staying asleep, but they don’t provide the same qualities of naturally occurring sleep.
Natural slumber occurs more readily with healthy living, such as regular exercise, eating right, pleasurable daytime activities, practicing gratitude, intermittent fasting, sufficient vitamin D, and sunshine.

Popping a pill before bed may seem like an easy alternative to maintaining a healthy lifestyle but cultivating natural sleep is worth it.

OPTIMIZING VIT D

- essential for maintaining health especially when we are not in direct sunlight

Vitamin D is crucial for immune system regulation and helps manage autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.

Low vitamin D levels are correlated with an increased risk of autoimmune thyroid diseases.

Vit D has shown promise in reducing disease activity and improving treatment outcomes in autoimmune thyroid disorders by enhancing the innate immune response.

Vit D’s potential in managing autoimmune diseases
is promising, offering a noninvasive strategy to mitigate the impacts of conditions like Hashimoto’s disease.

Optimize your vitamin D levels —

Incorporate whole food sources rich in vitamin D, such as wild-caught Alaskan salmon, that supports thyroid health, but the best way to optimize your vitamin D levels is to spend about 20 to 25 minutes under direct sunlight daily, preferably around solar noon when UVB rays are most effective.

This natural approach helps your body produce the active form of vit D
(calcitriol) that has been found to be superior to other vitamin D supplements.

If you’re still consuming vegetable oils and ultraprocessed foods, it’s best to avoid harsh sunlight exposure, especially during or close to noon. Vegetable oils are loaded with linoleic acid (LA), which is the most
pernicious ingredient in your diet, and stays in your skin; it oxidizes under intense sunlight and causes sunburn.

Optimizing  Vit D levels is key to keep your health in check.

MAGNESIUM
- concerns when it is low

• Low magnesium levels significantly increase DNA damage in healthy adults, accelerating cellular aging and increasing the risk of chronic degenerative diseases
• Magnesium plays a crucial role in DNA replication and helps maintain the double helix structure
• Magnesium is essential for brain health, modulating immune responses and acting as an antioxidant. It also supports synaptic plasticity, learning and memory functions
• Adequate magnesium levels are vital for blood sugar control, insulin sensitivity and cellular energy production. Magnesium deficiency leads to insulin resistance and metabolic disorders like Type 2 diabetes
To optimize magnesium levels, consider supplements like magnesium threonate, consume magnesium-rich foods and try alternative methods such as Epsom salt baths or topical application for better absorption.

Rebounding in the morning is like giving your lymphatic system a gentle wake-up call! 🌟 When you bounce on a mini-trampoline, even for just a minute or two, it stimulates the flow of lymph—a vital part of your immune system. Unlike blood, which has the heart to pump it, lymph relies on muscle movement to circulate, and rebounding is a super effective way to get it moving. 🌿

This movement helps flush out toxins, reduces inflammation, and boosts your immune defense. Plus, it improves circulation, giving your cells a fresh supply of oxygen and nutrients, which can leave you feeling energized and refreshed. 💃 It’s also gentle on your joints while engaging your core, improving balance, and even sparking a little mood boost with those feel-good endorphins! 🏋️‍♀️

Starting your day with rebounding is like giving your body a quick, joyful reset—it’s small, fun, and so powerful! 🎉 Have you tried it yet? 🪩

CHLORINE DIOXIDE

Let’s revisit this treat all soution

A BRILLIANT ARTICLE WRITTEN BY DR. PIERRE KORY
Did you know that we had two brains and that we need to nourish both? The first being your brain, which is made up of 60% fat. Eating good quality fats (like grass-fed butter, farm fresh eggs, avocados, walnuts and extra virgin olive oil) will help the brain function, improve mood, focus, attention and memory. The second being, your digestive system - gut is where food is digested and absorbed. Eating fiber and fermented foods improves healthy gut bacteria and neurotransmitters to support the brain.

Both require proper nourishment. Nourish your first brain with healthy thoughts and your second brain with healthy food.

Proper Movement: Our ancestors incorporated a good level of physical activity in their daily lives. However, because of sedentary work lifestyles in our modern times, a sustainable exercise plan needs to be an integral part of our day. The benefits of exercise include: aiding digestion; improving elimination of toxins, metabolism, circulation and sleep quality; building/maintaining strong muscles and bones; boosting energy levels; lowering risk for developing chronic disease; enhancing brain function, protecting memory and improving learning; relieving stress; releasing endorphins for better mood and enhancing social connections if participating in group activities. Find an activity that you enjoy so it is not a chore. Your exercise plan should contain a combination of aerobic, resistance training for strengthening and toning, and stretching for flexibility.

Here are some yoga exercises that can be incorporated into your day to help counteract sitting.👇

The Reality of Parasites

Alleviate symptoms and gain improved health by starting to detox your body.
Steps to consider:

1- Your Diet
Consider making changes :

- reduce your sugar intake by eliminating refined sugars.
- use raw honey over sugar
- try to stop eating ‘fast food’
- stop ‘drinks’ you buy - juices, pop, energy drinks
- shift to organic food you can buy at farmer’s markets - FARM TO TABLE
- caution with packaged organic food- read
labelling carefully
- stop eating raw food

2- Establish Routine with Meals.. in order for the body to metabolize food before resting at night.
- Try to finish eating by 8pm (I know.. not always possible)

3- Detox in small steps first
- intermittent fasting
- foot detox- you can add salt crystals to hot water & place feet in for 30min
- take a hot bath with several cups of pure, sea salt crystals for 30+ minutes
- Sauna - if you have access to one
- PBM (red light therapy) & PEMF (pulse electromagnetic Field) if you have access to these

Then when you feel ready -
Do a parasite cleanse :

4- regimen of anti-parasitics - ask your MD to provide a script for an anti parasitic .. that’s what Ivermectin is authorized for.
Know that ivermectin removes significant parasites but not all.
Fenbendazole is also recommended to complement the removal of other parasites.
