WHY ⬇️

🧠 The brain is the control center for the nervous system, enabling thoughts, memory, movement, and emotions. A healthy brain supports cognitive functions and emotional well-being. It’s crucial for maintaining mental health and longevity, as the brain’s integrity is associated with the preservation of cognitive function and the prevention of neurological disorders.

❤️ The heart, beating around 100,000 times daily, pumps millions of gallons of blood during an average lifetime. This blood flow carries essential nutrients and oxygen to the body while removing waste products. Maintaining a healthy heart is vital for preventing cardiovascular diseases and supporting overall bodily functions.

🦴🦴 Bones provide structure, protect organs, anchor muscles, and store calcium. A balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D, along with regular exercise, helps maintain bone density and prevent conditions like osteoporosis. Peak bone mass, reached by age 30, is a crucial determinant of bone health in later life.

☺️ As the body’s largest organ, the skin acts as a barrier against environmental damage, pathogens, and dehydration. It also regulates body temperature and plays a role in immune defense. Healthy skin is essential for protecting internal organs and maintaining overall health.

💪 Joints enable movement and flexibility, absorb shock, and maintain balance. Keeping joints healthy is important for mobility and preventing conditions like osteoarthritis. Exercise and maintaining a healthy weight can help preserve joint health and function.

🦠 The gut microbiome, consisting of trillions of microorganisms, influences digestion, immune response, and even mental health. A diverse and balanced gut microbiome is linked to a lower risk of diseases like diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease. Over 70% of the immune system is found in the gut, highlighting its role in overall health.

Maintaining these aspects of health is interconnected and contributes to a person’s overall well-being and quality of life.

Lets take the above 👆 post & expand on it to be able to relate to :

GETTING BETTER SLEEP
Consider the following

1- stay well hydrated
2- avoid alcohol
3- eat your meal earlier in the evening
4- exercise regularly
5- try to have a routine & consistent sleep schedule
6- Use cooling bedsheets of cotton or bamboo
7-Take a warm shower or bath before bed
8- Keep your sleep area cooler at night
9- open windows to get fresh air into your room at night
10- If you’re an outdoors type- take advantage in this warmer weather
11- when sleeping, turn all light out around you & keep the room dark with blackout blinds or the next best blocker such as an eye mask.
12- Try to stop using your computers & cell phones a few hours before bedtime.
13- place all tech devices in another room
14- unplug TV & router
15- have a warm glass of water

…or what I like to do…

I prepare a warm turmeric based drink in the evening .. I love it

The recipe is posted below..

I heat up whole milk & then add the turmeric mix .. personally I like a single spoon of the mix & a teaspoon of organic honey.

You may prefer to use hot water or another milk source rather than cow’s milk…

Customize the combination to your taste.

FYI - I removed the vanilla sugar from the recipe & still love the taste. ❤️

WORTH READING

In the Western World our Medical doctors and medical scientists do not mention the effects of parasites on our bodies.. how it affects overall health, and how it causes ‘dis- ease’.

Nature provides the cures

Health professionals who treat ‘dis-ease’ recommend a parasite cleanse every 6 months.
The above document is informative but please know I am not endorsing any of ‘Dr Jocker’s products’ being advertised in this article.

FYI: Did you know that wormwood has the same action as ivermectin. Wormwood you can buy at your local health food store.
The scientist who identified wormwood received the Nobel Prize at the same time as it was awarded for Ivermectin.

Parasites are more active during the full moon (next one is Aug 19th). Avoiding sugar and fasting are beneficial to not feed the parasites. The day before, during and the day after the full moon Incorporate things like black walnut, cloves, wormwood, oregano oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, clove, cayenne pepper, ginger, sprouted pumpkin seeds, fresh pomegranate, coconut oil and coconut products, raw garlic, and raw onion. For your gut microbiome, consume fermented foods (e.g. coconut kefir, apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles or fermented foods from your garden.)
I think most of us can use an extra boost to help calm our nervous system. Check out this chart.

BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT USING ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS: "Though 'recognized as a safe' alternative to sugar commonly found in keto protein bars and low-carb products, erythritol may stimulate blood clot formation, spiking blood erythritol levels to “over 1k times the baseline,” based on these new findings from the Cleveland Clinic."
