On hot days like today, it is important to replace your electrolytes, which are lost when we sweat or urinate. 2 cups of cold, filtered water

Deodorant containing baking soda is the best homemade deodorant. Use equal amounts of baking soda and corn starch or use arrowroot powder to replace corn starch if the corn starch irritates your skin. Apply to your underarms by patting it on. Add coconut oil if you prefer more of a paste.
If you are sensitive to coconut oil, replace it with half the recommended portion using almond, avocado or jojoba oil.
