It’s that time of the week to make my weekly mouthwash for my family. If you love natural, clean ingredients and are a little concoction queen yourself, MAKE THIS.

Ditch the store-bought mouthwashes.

Using:

Cloves - Contains eugenol, which acts like an anesthetic and antibacterial agent. It not only helps with tooth pain but also reduces inflammation, helps with bleeding gums, and prevents cavities.

Cinnamon sticks - Reduces fungal and bacterial infections. Prevents bacteria from forming in the mouth and gives a refreshing feeling.

Anise - A tonic for the teeth that helps refresh, disinfect, whiten the teeth, and combat bad breath.

I like to put them all together for a more potent mouthwash. It’s fascinating how tingly your mouth feels after 30 seconds of swishing it around.

Since being pregnant, my teeth have been super sensitive and my gums have been bleeding, and this does the job immediately 😍 - GAME CHANGER, plus my 7-year-old likes it haha!

Ingredients:

-Boil 2 cups of water
-1 1/2 tbsp of cloves
-5 cinnamon sticks
-2 anise stars

Boil the water first, put all your ingredients in a jar, pour the boiling water in the jar, and let sit overnight or all day. The longer, the better, then strain πŸ–€

Save & make for later.
