I'll take it from here, we'll go step by step:

The notice says "Daily Bonus", which as far as we know is marked as "bonus" in the shop right now, and it gives you a free dreamball and a couple training items.

In the notice Klab explains that this feature will be DISCONTINUED but it will be REPLACED (this is an important point) by AD VIEWING.

This will grant you the same dreamball that a daily bonus would, with extras such as increasing player slots (very good change). But in this case it will require more time for you to achieve rather than entering the shop and tapping the daily free pack.

Following Klab's explanation it seems there will be a daily point system, the more ads you watch, the more points you get and you reach milestones to get rewards. We DO NOT know the rewards other than those they mentioned (Dreamballs, Player Slots) so wait until Thursday for that.

The 3 Dreamballs you can get by playing the Dreamball lottery (Free Ad Transfer, Gift in Main Menu) will remain UNTOUCHED, the change will only apply to the daily bonus from the shop!
