Kleiman Vs Craig Wright Satoshi Case Update: Attorneys Seek International Judicial Assistance
As things stand, it remains to be seen whether or not the UK judge presiding over the matter will grant Kleinman’s attorneys their extradition request. The case is quite meaty and thus many experts feel as though the winds are currently favouring Kleinman’s legal counsel. However, only time will tell how the future of this case plays out.

"The ongoing Kleiman v. Wright case saw expert testimony on Monday from the plaintiff’s cryptography specialist, alongside the defendant Craig Wright’s witness, Nchain CTO Steve Shadders. The court participants discussed parsing through 27,000 bitcoin addresses as well the Kleimans’ forensic expert finding discrepancies within specific documents and contracts between the two business partners. Moreover, it seems the Kleimans’ legal counsel has been pursuing a subpoena in order to compel the former managing director of the New Liberty Dollar, Joseph Vaughn Perling, to appear in court."

Wright’s dense attorney Amanda McGovern has been trying to prove that Wright cannot attest to how much money he had at the time. The reason for that may be because Wright and the late Kleiman have mined Bitcoin together, but the money is stored in a trust that is cryptographically protected. Also, Wright is said to have over 27,000 BTC addresses.

Steven Shadders, who worked on nChain before, was called to testify and he affirmed that Wright could not possibly say exactly how much BTC he had exactly because he had too much of it and it was too spread out.
