One of the things that annoys me most is that people fall for common logical fallacies such as ad hominem.

Anyone who has the ability to think rationally will not care about the individual but rather the outcome

In politics, people talk about politicians having associations with business and say that this must necessarily be bad. It isn't. As long as the transactions are open there is nothing wrong with a politician who was also a businessman. As long as the bidding process is open, then there is no issue.

In fact, having politicians who are business people used to be the norm and it helps encourage economic reasoning in this group

The same thing occurs in my case and that of others like me.

We can then extend that to false authority, another logical fallacy

People have come to think that individuals are experts merely for longevity in this field. You are never an expert because you've been in the field for a period of time. An expert can develop in a year or may not develop in twenty years. Expertise is not a function of experience alone

Individual such as Antonopoulos or Eric Voorhees are recognised as experts merely because they were around when I launched bitcoin or just afterwards

That's not a foundation of expertise.

Many individuals attack my qualifications - but if you took the time to think about this there is a reason behind those attacks

none of these individuals have qualifications

none of the individuals being referenced as experts in cryptography or cryptographers are qualified in any way as a cryptographer

A cryptographer is not somebody who has worked developing software code.

Although it is possible that a cryptographer good learn to code, it is not essential in any way for a cryptographer to ever code in their life

Not one individual that I've seen referenced as an expert in bitcoin who is noted to be a cryptographer is qualified to be in an introductory role as a cryptographer

And I'm not making the statement idly

And community is irrelevant here

There are no community standards of being a cryptographer

Equally, even Hal Finney was not even a computer scientist let alone a cryptographer.

It is true that he had worked in the early days in the PGP Corporation.

He worked for a cryptographer.

He developed code for a cryptography company

But that does not make him either a computer scientist or a cryptographer

Dan Kaminsky has been called a cryptographer. The guy has had no real experience of cryptography anywhere in his life

Adam back is referenced as both an expert in distributed systems and a cryptographer
He has no basis in either field

Both Antonopoulos and Voorhees were practically or already homeless when they came to bitcoin.

Voorhees was to my knowledge living out of the back of his car. Antonopoulos was effectively unemployable. This is why these individuals are making up a false narrative about expertise. This is why I am such a threat to them.

I will graduate with at least three more degrees this year.

on top of that one or two more postgraduate certificates and diplomas

next year I will graduate with another 8 to 10 degrees

Education, and by this I mean a true education that teaches rational thought and the ability to logically analyse and respond to political scenarios is something that many people do not want you to have.

when you are able to rationally analyse and argue you will find that you start to see the world differently

Importantly, you start to be able to understand the reasoning behind many decisions that are made including the reasons behind the push for equality of outcomes and other aspects of post-modern society

When you do not embrace rationality and logic, you embrace a fluid scenario and set of anti-rules that allow others to manipulate how you act

The Rousseauean argument will be that you cannot be free in a system of order and rational thought, yet I will argue the converse

you cannot be free unless you can understand rational and logical thought patterns and learn to truly think for yourself

The knowledge of what is being sold and why can change opinion just as much is how you word things so it should be mandated

Many people will attack you to bring you down. They do this through their fear. They are afraid. In doing this, they seek to stop you from doing what you are doing. The secret is not to be ashamed of your failures. They are a part of you. The failures in your life create you just as much as the successes and likely more. Failure is a form of lesson. The meaning of failure and whether it is valuable or derives waste is up to you. If you accept and learn from your failures, they are not failures.

You only truly fail when you finally give up. More importantly, if you don’t push yourself to failure, the truth of the matter is that you will never extend yourself. There is a process involved in becoming a top athlete. You push yourself to failure, and then you try again.

After 2005, I decided to see what I could do, and the only way to do this was to test myself to failure.

I took a Masters degree in statistics and, at first, I was having trouble.

Not because statistics is hard for me but in managing my time expectations.

This was my first time doing multiple degrees simultaneously

You will see that I had to withdraw from a couple of courses in my Charles Sturt degree at the time

What you will also see is that I was doing autumn session and the trimesters.

So, I was overlapping both sets of courseware at the same university while doing my Masters degree in statistics.

However, I was also simultaneously doing my Masters degree in law

In my first semester, I was only getting barely passing marks. You will see that I had a pass for my legal method. Although for US people they won't understand that the pass mark is actually 40% and that an A in a British university is 70%

I was also flying back and forth to the United States doing sound qualifications and other professional certifications

I intend to OWN all my failure as well as my triumphs

My LLM was granted on the 15th May 2008.

It was submitted in Feb 2008. My proposal dates to versions between June and Nov 2007.

The papers that precede this go back as far as mid 2006.

My Masters in Statistics will be next. There are a number of papers associated with this, not the dissertation, but the ones leading to it.

A full dossier will be put together. My work on Systems engineering and Poisson and Binomial functions and on Risk models.

Intermediaries or third parties are the same thing. In common language, we call these Third Parties.

In law, they are intermediaries.

Bitcoin started well before the financial crash.

I know people want to associate bitcoin with the Wall Street occupy movement and many other anti-government things that existed, but it is nothing like that. Bitcoin is an evidence trail. If you look at the other aspects of my study in audit and forensics, you will see how it ties in. My work in auditing Sarbanes Oxley 302 and 404 and other aspects of financial systems is built into bitcoin

In order to create bitcoin, I had to study to a postgrad level all of the following:

- Network theory
- Propagation theory
- Accounting and auditing
- Law
- Statistics and probability theory
- Perpetration theory
- Game theory
- Computer science
- Economics
- Risk and survival studies

So, the real problem that I find now is that I cannot isolate domains. In any of these fields experts have their own terms of art. I understand the all, however, with a grounding in so many separate fields of study, I no longer have the ability to pick the correct word for the correct person. The same terminology exists across fields where different acronyms are used. It is a shame that we don't have the same terminology used everywhere, but the reality is that us humans are messy

I have already been contacted by the privacy team at Northumbria University. There are people already seeking to validate my masters in law studies. I have approved it.

Generally speaking, universities don't approve requests about students. The comment from one of the people managing data protection at Northumbria in legal services is without giving away any information about his name:

_Although it appears that you have published this yourself, and therefore made your student ID ‘publically available’, the University has a standard policy of neither confirming not denying that someone is or was a student at the University without that persons consent, and for me to confirm that the paper was produced by you as a student of the University would naturally not be compatible with this position. I am therefore asking if you would like us to verify that the paper was produced by you as a student of Northumbria university or whether you would rather I respond with ‘neither confirm nor deny’?_

I have authorised the University and it will be confirmed shortly.

This is something you should note when you read the Wikipedia and Forbes article.. There was a statement that they contacted Charles Sturt University who said that I had two masters degrees and no doctorate. That is very simple to dismiss. The University doesn't do that.

You see, in this age of private information, it remains a criminal offence to give out personally identifiable information without authority.

Even the part about my masters degrees was wrong. I have three masters degrees from Charles Sturt University and I was about to graduate a fourth. I had nearly completed the Masters In Systems Development. I had only to complete an industry subject that I taught. Yes, I actually had to take an exam for a subject I lectured and then I would have finished. However, I was enrolled with two separate student IDs. The University had a strict policy against this but had made an exception for me informally.

When Greg and crew decided to attack my reputation in mid-2015, one of the things they did was complained to the University about my enrolment 2 degrees simultaneously. I was forced to withdraw from one

A very simple way of discrediting the Forbes paid hit piece is to note that not only did they get the number of masters degrees I have wrong or to ignore the fact that I was listed on the site as staff but to note that the University does not validate information from random journalists. In fact, to do so would be a crime in Australia.

Due to action by Kleiman and also COPA, I’m going to have to disclose all of my qualifications and what I’m doing. I am about to graduate a few more, but I should have completed twenty postgraduate degrees by the time the COPA trial comes on, including four doctorates.

Additionally, I have several undergraduate qualifications in a variety of fields. For example, I am a trained sommelier, I have completed my chef apprenticeship, I am trained as a motor mechanic specialising in agricultural equipment and heavy machinery, I have my armoury certificate, all up, I have another hundred plus certificates and diplomas that I never track because the not postgraduate level.

My qualifications at a Masters level will include
English literature,
economics and econometrics,
finance,
law,
history,
art,
computer science,
mathematics,
data science,
logistics,
philosophy,
education and pedagogy,
criminal justice,
archaeology,
electrical engineering
and psychology.

I had never planned on telling people all of this nor letting people know. So, being that the cat is going to get out of the bag, I will give everyone a little heads up on what’s going to come out.

I have been enrolled in up to 25 University qualifications simultaneously.
I do not know how many degrees I have. My first degree was obtained back in the 1990s, and I have no record of it anymore, nor do I care. I have completed degrees with a 4.0 GPA on US standards, but I don’t do that all the time, and I only do it when I find the material interesting.

People wanted to know and understand me.
 
Last year, I wrote 4.4 million words give or take.

The aspect of all of this that few people understand is that, unlike in social media claims, all of the statements here will be put to the test in court.
 
The ability to accuse someone is the basis of PoSM. To falsely accuse an individual anonymously requires no effort. You simply make the claim that person X was accused of doing action Y. In order to make such a claim requires no element of truth or even for an individual to test the validity of the claim.
 
I stated how I had at least 10 degrees. I have more. However, even after proving this by demonstrating all of my qualifications, people on social media still falsely claim that these are fabricated.

This is why PoSM (proof of social media) is so incredibly divisive and insidious. This is why we are entering a world of non-truth. Social media destroys truth and is the ideal socialist weapon in creating a world of 1984.

Unfortunately for COPA and others, I am not like them. I am not the individual who sits at home wishing, I am the person who does. I am the individual who has taken up to 25 university qualifications simultaneously. I am the person who has studied over 100 different fields and disciplines. I am the person that they never believed could exist.

Unfortunately for COPA and core and all of those in Silicon Valley who believe in power and control and that they can dictate the actions of others, I am not that person.

Unfortunately for all of those people, despite my desire to remain unknown world has deemed it necessary for my life to be exposed. As a consequence, in the next couple years you’re about to learn just how much a single human can do. It is more than you will believe.

I am terribly sorry, COPA et al., but you’re all about to discover what you have decided to take on, and it is not what you thought. I am that thing that you were afraid to exist. I am the creator of bitcoin, but beyond that, I am everything that Silicon Valley fears.
