✅️ Sri Surya Pahar, also known as the, "Sacred Hill of the Sun", provides a profound insight into the cultural and religious history of ancient Assam.
✅️Excavations carried out at the site by @ASIGoI and Assam Archaeological Department, discovered numerous artefacts dating from 5th to 12th century CE.
✅️A museum displaying the items discovered during the excavation, such as stone sculptures of Gajasimha, a decorated lion head, moulded fish, mythical animals and much more can be found.
