What is Zeff?
Actual Nuclear charge ka wo part Jo ek valence electron tak pahuchta hai.

Par actual kyun nahi pahuchta? Kam kyun hota hai?

SHIELDING EFFECT. (Kind of similar to corruption, jitna aana chahiye tha utna aa nahi paata)

Aapke preparation journey mein :

Mentor/Guru/Teacher (jisko bhi aapne maana hai ki aapko follow Karna hai) ka advice = Nuclear Charge (actual)

Shielding = Your Inner voice (negative self talk) /Topper’s reviews/ any other point of view/ peers ka advice/ notifications/ pointless discussions / anything that deviates you from the goal and contradicts your mentor’s advice.

The more the shielding, lesser the Zeff. Lesser the control of the mentor’s vision on your actions.

That’s why with the same guidance, some maintain consistency till the end, others enter the loop of self doubt and give up midway.

And, phaaltu ka overthinking ko side rakhke task pe dhyaan dijiye.

Yahi sab sochne mein time nikal jaayega, aur aap ye sab na socho isliye maine ye project start kiya hai.

Give a tight slap to that inner voice and get back to the task. Wo serial ke saas ke tarah melodrama hi laane waala hai, aap wapas emotions mein aur ek never ending self talk mein ghanton nikaal doge.

This is all non sense, kam marks aa rahe hain, that is your current reality.

Ek din mein change nahi aayega aur agar 50 din tak consistent nahi rahoge, 365 din mein bhi wo change nahi dikhne wala.

This is exactly why everyone needs a mentor, aur kabhi kabhi bas Sunna hota hai, chahe aap kitna bhi intelligent ho.
