❗️FEELING SLEEPY 😴 after Morning Meals ? Lack of Focus / Lethargy ? (for Morning Study Sessions/Morning exam Slots)

This is a common issue faced by all students, and this is also valid for afternoon study sessions. And yes, this problem is also faced by many in the exams.

Straight to the point : SOLUTION KYA HAI ?

1. Try to sleep by 11PM-12 AM max : (Try to sleep by reading books, anything, bas screen time nahi)
2. Exercise/Brisk walk in morning. (also, uthke garam paani)
3. Avoid heavy eating in morning : Especially for exams, light meals. (Also, digestion begins in the mouth as our food is mostly carbohydrate-rich, chew well, less stress on the stomach, blood supply brain tak maintained rahega)
4. Food type in morning : Sprouts, salad, fruits are best. Agar nahi hai, toh quantity regulation.
5. Study environment/posture : Table over Bed. If not, floor is better than bed. Always with pen and paper, active learning.


The most important point - PURPOSE : Are you actually crazy enough to achieve the goal ? Yes ? (Embrace the fire/energy 🔥 within, it won't let you feel drowsy next time !)
Mental Strength & Strong Purpose can overpower all these things. Points 1-5 can definitely help. But again, your mind is the controller.
