NetOpenPosition feature update

- groupsOrLoginsMasks has split into two fields: logins and groups;
- if (through its API) send groupsOrLoginsMasks, plugin will assigned it to groups, logins field will be set to empty value (which is the same as `*` = everything), to let old UI work with newer plugin version;
- logic now is: logins AND groups;
- migration guide: make notes of current NOP settings (backup json file, if possible), then update plugin DLL. New UI does not expect old settings, so it will be empty. You need manually set it up and upload back to server.
