Transparency Notice Regarding CoinListing / MegaPNL

We recently discovered that CoinListing / MegaPNL was reselling our private low-latency WebSocket feed without authorization.

To confirm this, we conducted a controlled test. We injected unique test tickers into our own WebSocket feed. These tickers did not correspond to any real exchange listing and were created solely for this verification. We took care not to use any tradable assets, as we did not want his subscribers, who were unknowingly caught in the middle, to purchase fake tickers or suffer any financial loss.

The test tickers were immediately redistributed not only to the CoinListing / MegaPNL Telegram channel, but also through their own WebSocket feed to their subscribers.

Shortly afterward, the Telegram posts were deleted.

The attached video documents the test in real time, including the moment the test ticker was sent through our feed and the moment it appeared on their Telegram channel. We also recorded evidence showing that the same data was relayed to their WebSocket subscribers.

Competition in the crypto-listing latency space should be based on infrastructure, engineering, speed, reliability, and fair access to information. Reselling and redistributing another provider’s private feed without authorization is not fair competition.

We are publishing this evidence because our clients and the wider community deserve transparency. CoinListing / MegaPNL is welcome to provide a public explanation.
