🇻🇪⚔️🇺🇸 The Venezuelan Armed Forces have been directed starting today to initiate the intensive phase of Plan Independence 200 military exercises.

This is no coincidence that the exercises have been initiated the day the Ford CSG arrived in SOUTHCOM.

🇬🇧🇺🇸 The United Kingdom has suspended some intelligence sharing with the U.S. over the Trump Admin's bombing of narcotrafficking vessels in the Caribbean Sea which the UK deems illegal.

The move happened because British authorities do not want to be complicit in those strikes.

The the UK, which controls a number of territories in the Caribbean where it bases intelligence assets, has helped the US locate vessels suspected of carrying drugs so that the US Coast Guard could interdict them, the sources said. That meant the ships would be stopped, boarded, its crew detained, and drugs seized.

The intelligence was typically sent to Joint Interagency Task Force South, a task force stationed in Florida that includes representatives from a number of partner nations and works to reduce the illicit drug trade.

But shortly after the US began launching lethal strikes against the boats in September, however, the UK grew concerned that the US might use intelligence provided by the British to select targets. British officials believe the US military strikes, which have killed 76 people, violate international law, the sources said. The intelligence pause began over a month ago, they said.

🇺🇸 Fannie Mae removes minimum credit score requirements from Desktop Underwriter (DU)

Fannie Mae will remove minimum credit score requirements for loans submitted through its DU system starting Nov. 16. This means that the current 620 minimum representative or average median credit score will be removed for new loan case files created on or after that date.

Instead of applying a minimum score, DU will use its own analysis of borrower risk factors to determine loan eligibility.

Fannie Mae also updated requirements for documenting nontraditional credit and homebuyer education. The DU system will notify lenders when they need to establish a nontraditional credit history or require homebuyer education in cases where a borrower has no traditional credit or installment account on record.

These changes make it easier for Americans with poor credit scores to become eligible for loans. Such a change however caused concerns among bankers who are legitimately worried about the ability of Americans to pay back the loans they can grant.

🇺🇸 Reporter: "Housing costs are out of reach and another thing which your Administration is trying to tackle for Americans, on average the median age of a first homebuyer is now up to age 40..."

Trump: "I ain't never heard of that, look you have to understand.."

Reporter: "Let me get to the question first, your housing director has proposed something which has enraged your MAGA friends which is this 50 year mortgage idea, again this caused a massive backlash among MAGA and they see it as a major giveaway to the banks which would prolong the time needed for Americans to buy a home. Is that really a good idea?"

Trump: "Its not even a big deal, I mean, you go from 40 to 50 years.."

Reporter: "30 to 50 years"

Trump: "(unintelligible)..you pay something less, you go from 30 to 50, some had 40 year and now they have a 50. In reality it means you end up paying less per month over a longer period of time. Its not like a big factor. It might help a little bit, but the problem is Biden increased the interest rates and I have a lousy Fed person who's gonna be gone in a few months".

✡️ An Israeli military intelligence officer lived at Jeffrey Epstein's home in Manhattan on multiple occasions, including while he was an aide to then-Israeli defense minister Ehud Barak.

Yoni Koren was a senior AMAN officer with decades of experience in the Israeli security establishment and stayed at Epstein's home.

Emails show Epstein wired Koren money while Koren acted as an intermediary between Israeli and U.S. intelligence. Link in next post:

🇺🇸 Electric Bill Crisis Blame-Game Begins: Democrats Slam Data Centers, GOP Faults "Climate-Cult Ideology"

It only took politicians a little over a year to catch up to our Mid-Atlantic power bill crisis theme (read here), as the battle to control the narrative over surging electricity costs intensifies.

Democrats are pointing the finger at the explosion of data center buildouts and power-hungry server racks, while conservative politicians blame disastrous green-energy policies, specifically, the early retirement of fossil-fuel power generation plants and the rapid rollout of unreliable solar and wind generation.

On Monday, Sen. Bernie Sanders and several Democratic senators, including Sens. Blumenthal, Van Hollen, Markey, and Wyden, penned a joint letter to the Trump administration and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick about the adminstration's fast-tracking of AI infrastructure is creating "bidding wars" between households and trillion-dollar companies such as Meta, OpenAI, Alphabet, and Oracle for limited electricity supplies.

Democrats are correct that data centers are certainly fueling the power bill crisis across the Mid-Atlantic states. However, they are never able to tell the whole truth, conveniently leaving out that their climate crisis hoax led to the early retirement of fossil fuel generation plants, which in turn stripped the grids of now much-needed spare capacity. Goldman warned this past summer of "Price-Spikes & Blackouts."

In fact, these Democrats doubled down and blamed this mess on Trump's "assault on clean energy sources." Democrats need a major wake-up call: intermittent green power sources do not provide stable power for data centers. In fact, Spain's nationwide blackout last summer was centered on unreliable renewable energy.

In a recent note, we cited a Goldman Sachs report by analyst Carly Davenport that found "higher power bill inflation has been the most pronounced in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and California in the past three years." Please do note, these regions and states are governed by leftist politicians wearing climate crisis blinders, ones that even Bill Gates had to take off last month after he acknowledged the whole climate crisis narrative was fake news.

🤴 Trump shows Laura Ingraham the new White House with gold finishes: “You can’t imitate gold… this is not Home Depot stuff.”

📝: This while Americans below the age of 60 can't afford to buy homes and have to get half a century long mortgages, this while millions of Americans rely on welfare just to survive, this while hundreds of thousand of critical public employees like air traffic controllers and servicemen and their families have gone two months without pay and are defaulting on their mortgages, car loans and utility bills.

The Democratic Party could not have gotten a more incompetent opponent than the Republican Party and Trump.
