相对于每次大版本升级都会有的各种问题 ( 现在 Windows 10 的大版本升级其实相当于以前的操作系统升级，就像 XP 直接升级到 Windows 7 那样 )，这个 bug 就很恶性了，甚至比之前 1607 UAC 卡登录 bug 更严重。
