Our startup is building a cognitive measurement ecosystem for medical education, recently accepted into a Technopark. As a medical doctor-led startup, we are looking for a technical partner to own the backend architecture and algorithmic implementation.

Funding & Valuation: Our project is structured under an Investment Program in Türkiye, which provides 1.35M TL in exchange for 3% equity of the startup. This establishes a solid post-money valuation for the company.

Pre-funding Salary: 25,000 TL / month

Junior System Administrator – Infrastructure Team (4G/5G Core)

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior System Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team. In this role, you’ll help maintain our critical infrastructure systems, especially focusing on our monitoring stack and containerized network services. You’ll also support on-call operations and collaborate closely with our NOC team to ensure high service availability and rapid response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and optimize our monitoring infrastructure (Zabbix, Grafana, Victoria Metrics).
* Support and manage Docker-based infrastructure for 4G and 5G core services.
* Apply system changes and configuration updates based on requests from engineering or management.
* Participate in the on-call rotation, coordinating effectively with the NOC team during incidents.
* Write scripts (Python and Bash) to automate recurring infrastructure tasks.
* Troubleshoot and analyze problems in core 4G/5G applications.
* Support network-level diagnostics using standard tools and protocols. Requirements
* Familiarity with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus and other infrastructure monitoring tools.​
* Experience with Linux system administration (mainly Ubuntu).
* Basic to intermediate experience with Docker and containerized environments.
* Proficiency in scripting using Python and Bash.
* Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible
* Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, etc.).
* Problem-solving skills with an ability to triage and escalate effectively.
* Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to real-time incidents.

Required Skills:
