My name is Nader Makarachi and I am a director of a company in Canada/Iran. I am founder of a startup company in FinTech area.

I wanted to use your advice/help to hire one or two last year graduate bachelor degree students to help us in our FinTech project. The duration of their cooperation will be at least one year and a contract with a fixed monthly salary will be signed with them.

We invest our time and budget in creating a payment transaction processing framework, which is in fact the backbone of a banking product systems.
Your students will help us implement a powerful transaction processing framework that has the following software components :
* Accounting
* General Ledger (G/L)
* Security including authentication/ authorization/ token/ vault management
* e-wallet
* Card payment products management
* Device management such as mobile phones, tablets, and web browsers
* Users/Client management
* Notifications and messaging management
* … Others
All the above mentioned software components are the fundamental backbone for implementing any banking and payment idea, and the hired students will become familiar with those concepts.
The skills we need are listed below. If your students do not have these experiences, don't be disappointed! we will train them in our team, and if they are interested in FinTech area, we will transfer required knowledge and make them a successful application architect.

- Familiar with Software Solution Architecture concepts including:
- Document creation: functional - non-functional requirements
- Web App, Mobile App, Service Applications
- Technology stack: Java SE, Spring boot, DataBase (mongoDB, Oracle or mySQL)
- Cloud computing: Amazon Web Service Products (aws)
- Knowledge of *ilities concepts: Scalability, Manageability, Modularity, Extensibility, Security, and …
- Microservices API Architecture
- Design Patterns: Factory, Repository, Facad, Command patterns
- System Architecture including Loose Coupling, Stateless, Caching, Messaging, Logging, Monitoring, Identity and Access Management

We have started implementing this framework during the last two years, and we need the help and assistance of interested graduates from Tehran/Sharif/AUT university. If you find any interested person, please send their resume to my email in below.
