Dear Participant,

🟢 We kindly remind you that two-page papers must be prepared according to the specified template. The Two-Page Paper Template provided below should be used to prepare your submission. Please also ensure that the abstract does not exceed two pages.

✅ Follow these steps to upload your two-page paper:

1⃣ Log in to Your Account.

2⃣ Access the User Panel.

3⃣ Locate Submission Statistics In the User Panel.

4⃣ Click on the Full Article File of your accepted abstract and Upload Your Paper.

5⃣ Upload your two-page paper and click Submit.

📅 Submission Deadline: All presentation files must be submitted by December 8, 2024.

📝 Template Requirement: Please use the provided template for your presentation. Presentations not following the template will not be accepted.

📊 Slide Preparation: Make sure your slides are prepared to match the allocated time for your presentation.
💡 Recommended Number of Slides: 10 to 15 slides
⚠️ Maximum Number of Slides: 20 slides

⏱️ Presentation Duration: 15 minutes total (10 minutes for presenting
5 minutes for questions)

📂 File Size Limit: The presentation file must not exceed 9.8 MB.

To upload your PowerPoint presentation file to the conference website, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Download the Template: Use the provided oral presentation template to prepare your presentation file. The template can be downloaded from the section below.

2️⃣ Log In: Access the conference website using your username and password.

3️⃣ Navigate to Your Private Page: Once logged in, go to your private page.

4️⃣ Locate Submission Statistics: Scroll down to the "Submission Statistics" section, where you'll find "Total Submitted Articles."

5️⃣ Upload Your Presentation: At the bottom of the summarized information for each paper, find the "Upload Article Attachments" section. Click on the "Slide File" link to upload your PowerPoint presentation.

6️⃣ Verify Your Upload: After uploading, check your file(s) in the "Article Profile" section, located next to "Submission Status."
