📅 Conference Details:
The CCFA Conference will be held virtually on December 18-19, 2024 (28-29 Azar) via the Adobe Connect platform.
💻 Please install the latest version of Adobe Connect and join your sessions through the application.
🎤 Ensure your microphone is functional and properly connected before your presentation.
📂 Presentation File Upload:
📑 All participants must prepare their presentation slides using the provided template and upload them to the conference website.
❗ Not uploading the presentation file will result in exclusion from the conference.
ℹ️ For detailed upload instructions, visit the website.
🗣️ Presentation Requirements:
Participants must attend their assigned session online and present their paper at the specified time.
🔍 They are required to answer questions during the Q&A session following their presentation.
🚫 Failure to present or respond to reviewers' questions will lead to the rejection of the paper.
📜 Certificate of Participation:
✅ Certificates will only be issued to participants who successfully present their papers.
❌ No certificates will be issued to those who fail to present, and registration fees are non-refundable.
