❇️ Important Highlights of Opt-Out Scheme & Jan/Feb Window :

📍Who can Opt-Out Nov 2020 exam?
a) Personally Covid 19 affected or having symptoms
b) Family member is Covid 19 affected
c) Containment Zone Students

📍Procedure for availing OPT–OUT facility :

a) Submit a declaration online available at https://icaiexam.icai.org from 7th November, 2020 (Saturday) 9.00 PM Onwards.

b) Forget Nov 20 Attempt & Select any one attempt below.
i) Jan-Feb 2021
ii) May 2021

c) Once Opted Out, Can't Opt In.

📍Effects of Opt-Out :
1) Exam Fees & Exemption will be adjusted in next exam.
2) For Jan-Feb 2021,no need to fill exam form again.
3) For May 2021, Required to fill exam form again.

📍Imp Clarifications :
i) In case the student appears for some of the papers in a particular group and subsequently he/she opts out , then he/she has to appear for all papers of the Group in the next examination cycle i.e. shifting of some of the paper(s) of the same Group is not allowed;

(ii) In case a student appears for all papers in a Group and subsequently opts out for other group, then the group in which he has appeared shall be taken as completely appeared and the student has to write other group in the next examination cycle
i.e. Once a Complete Group Attempted,u can't Opt-Out.
