Markets regulator SEBI on Friday has restrained Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company from launching any new fixed maturity plan schemes for a period of six months.

The action is based on a delay in payments by Kotak Mahindra AMC to unitholders of six Fixed Maturity Plans.

Public sector lender IDBI Bank has said that it will offload its entire 19.18 per cent stake in Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL).

The proposal was approved by the bank's board on Friday, it said in a regulatory filing on Friday.
