❔ Procedure to Obtain ICAI Certified Copies under RTI :

1). Visit rtionline.gov.in and click on 'Submit Request'.
 
2). In the first field select 'Ministry of Corporate Affairs', and then 'ICAI' under public authority. Then fill your personal details.
 
3). Now in the filed “Text for RTI Request application”, provide details and request for certified copies. Format for the same is provided at the bottom of this post.

4). Attach the self attested copy of your ADMIT CARD and Upload the document

5). Pay Rs.10 and submit the application

6). Note : Keep all the information ready before applying. Spending too much time on RTI website may timeout your process.

- If we apply for both RTI & verification then is one of our applications get rejected?
Ans. There are no rules like that mentioned anywhere. But yeah probably icai will not reject reverification application if u have already applied for RTI. & if icai reject then it means your copy is already evaluated once under RTI.

- in Reverification ICAI will not be going to check your paper again. They are just going to check totaling & whether all questions were checked or not.

- If your main purpose is to get reverification done then go for the icai option. (simultaneously u can apply for a certified copy from rti)

- if you want only certified copy then go with RTI option

Ps : in any case ICAI does not reduce marks.
