Highly Disappointing Experience - 0/5

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this institution and I strongly advise against enrolling here. Here’s why:

1. Unethical Blocking of Accounts: My account was blocked because I hadn’t submitted my registration number, which wasn’t even mentioned as a requirement during the admission process. It feels incredibly unethical for any private institute to enforce such rules retrospectively.

2. Incomplete Syllabus: Despite the promise of completing the syllabus within a set timeframe, it's been over four months past the due date, and the syllabus is still unfinished. This is unacceptable.

3. Frequent Teacher Changes: The teaching staff for the course was changed three times, which disrupted the learning process and created confusion. It’s evident that they lack stability in their faculty.

4. No Timetable or Schedule: There were no weekly or monthly timetables provided. I had no clear idea of what was going to be covered and when, making it very difficult to plan ahead.

5. No Revision Classes: There were no revision sessions offered. Instead, old, recycled material was used as recorded lectures, which did not address our learning needs.

6. No Doubt Resolution: Teachers are unresponsive and do not offer any help with doubts or questions.

7. Outdated & Error-Prone Study Material: The study material provided is outdated, filled with typographical errors, and doesn’t meet the standards expected from a professional institution.

Overall, this institution is engaging in deceptive practices and manipulating reviews to look better than they are. Don’t be misled by fake reviews from their head office staff or new students who may have been coerced into giving positive feedback. I strongly believe this is a fraudulent practice.
