"Attorney Melinda C. Mayne, and Kaira S. McCallum submitted a 27-page ‘Request for Investigation’ to the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague back in April 2021 alleging the UK Government and its advisors were complicit in crimes against humanity in the name of Covid-19.

It is asking things like

⁃ Do you think NHS staff should have to have the covid vaccine?

⁃ Should Social Care workers be required to have the vaccine?

So they’re not just talking about the Covid Vaccine but the Flu too and for Social Care workers as well as those in hospitals, lets help these frontline workers out by backing their ability to choose.

How to complete it (can be done in a few minutes)

⁃ You do not need to add your name on the first page unless you wish to
⁃ You do not need to give your email address unless you wish to
⁃ You need to state who you are responding as eg member of public
⁃ Then there are three pages of questions about your demographic - these can all be skipped if you wish
⁃ Then it’s the questions -
+ These are multiple choice and you can just do those
+ If you wish there is up to 500 words for each one for you to give more info - this will make it take longer to complete obviously
+ Under considerations of potential impacts it asks
* First are there people who would benefit by mandating vaccines - NO
* Second are there people who would be negatively affected by mandating vaccines - YES
+ Some pages just have space to write, these can be skipped

here are some preliminary thoughts and interpretation... Let’s discuss this in the CACUK Freedom Friday Legal Surgery on vaccine exemption, 24th September, 12pm London time [link below].

First, note that “medical reason” is not defined. Let’s have a think what that may include, use your imagination. Refer to the COVID-19 Assembly’s vaccine exemption template letter.

“self-certify that they meet the medical exemption criteria, using the forms attached to this letter” … “Once the NHS COVID Pass system is launched, care home workers will need to apply for a formal medical exemption through that process.” – “need to apply” has no legal backing – ask yourselves: Who says? What are the consequences of NOT using this “formal process”? What laws would be breached? [none?] Does UK government have authority to insist you use a particular form? [no?]. The PROMIC.info forms (https://www.promic.info/) are excellent. What are the consequences for care home managers accepting alternative forms? [none?]. The legislation gives them discretion. This letter/guidance can’t change that.

“This temporary self-certification will expire 12 weeks after the NHS COVID Pass system is launched.” … “this list is not exhaustive, examples of medical exemptions from COVID-19 vaccination could include…” [“not exhaustive” and “could include” means you can potentially add any reasonable exemption that applies to you. It is your body!!]

UPDATE re the Joint 'Request for Investigation' submitted to the International Criminal Court at the Hague from the UK, Slovakia, France and the Czech Republic on the 12th of August 2021

On Monday the 20th of September 2021 we were advised that Nazi concentration camp survivors sent a letter to the International Criminal Court in support of our joint 'Request for Investigation' (that we the undersigned have submitted, in which we allege genocide, crimes against humanity and breaches of the Nuremberg Code by each of our four respective Governments and their advisers and asked that our claims be formally accepted for investigation).

The letter sent was signed by three of the very few remaining survivors of Nazi concentration camps, who experienced first-hand the horrors of the Holocaust and who are shocked and appalled by the evil they see unfolding once more, this time all over

Clapham Common earlier this afternoon, part of the March organised by SOR, this happy gathering was shut down by police just as lawyers for liberty spoke about the shut down of the protest a year ago.
