Alessandria and colleagues analyzed data from the Italian National Healthcare System. The population considered is that of residents or those domiciled in the province of Pescara on 1 January 2021, aged 10 years and older, without a positive SARS-CoV-2 swab at the date of the follow-up start. Vaccination data were acquired from the official regional SARS-CoV-2 vaccination dataset, up to 31 December 2022. The follow-up considered ranges between 1 January 2021 and 15 February 2023.

Kuhbandner and Reitzner from Universitat Regensburg and Universit¨at Osnabruck, respectively, integrated mortality data from all 16 German States and vaccination rates from the Robert Koch Institute for the pandemic years, 2020, 2021, and 2022. This was first reported to the public by @TrialsiteN If COVID-19 vaccination really reduced rates of COVID-19 death and was safe as asserted by government agencies, then mortality rates should have gone down over the pandemic for two reasons: 1) culling effect in 2020 with older more elderly frail individuals succumbing to SARS-CoV-2 infection, 2) mortality benefit from mass vaccination and boosters. No mass vaccination campaign should ever increase population death rates.

Dr. McCullough appeared with Dr. Gina Loudon and both agreed the debate fell short on healthcare, particularly the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccine debacle. McCullough had talking points for Trump that would almost certainly guarantee him a resounding victory in November with a gushing sound of independent and democratic votes coming from those wronged and damaged by the COVID-19 vaccine and its mandates.

This decision on the issue of judicial notice, is consistent with the June 28, 2024 decision of the US Supreme Court in Loper Bright Enterprises et al. v. Raimondo Secretary of Commerce et. al. which overturned the landmark 1984 decision in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council. The Chevron decision had given rise to what is commonly referred to as the Chevron deference doctrine. Under this doctrine, federal agencies had the power to interpret a law that they administer when that law is vaguely written, and courts were required to defer to the agency's interpretation of a statute. Helix Network Myocarditis Research with Bias in Design

Study Set Up to Claim SARS-CoV-2 Infection Is Associated with Myocarditis More Frequently than Vaccine-Induced Heart Damage

It is curious that through the pandemic the Myocarditis Research Foundation started to advertise on social media. The site never mentioned vaccines as a cause or concern. Now the Foundation has launched a campaign with The Helix Research Network to recruit patients with myocarditis after infection or vaccination. I noticed immediately bias in their design to propagate the myocarditis false narrative:

-Using ICD-10 codes instead of clinically confirmed cases

-Unequal recruiting windows after exposure: 14 days after vaccination versus 8 weeks after infection

-No mention of clinical confirmation of myocarditis or independent adjudication

-Study is testing genetic predisposition and not measuring mRNA or Spike protein in the body

Mead and co-workers found themselves at the center of a controversy when Springer Nature CUREUS Journal of Biomedical Sciences retracted their paper calling for global market withdrawal of mRNA vaccines. The retraction violated the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics Guidelines) for retraction and became a news story garnering even more attention.
