A browser extension that lets you click with your keyboard. Press Alt+J. This makes little yellow boxes with letters, called hints, appear next to links (and other clickable things). Type the letters to click the link. Alternatively, hold Shift and type a bit of the link text.

monaspace

The Monaspace type system is a monospaced type superfamily with some modern tricks up its sleeve. It consists of five variable axis typefaces. Each one has a distinct voice, but they are all metrics-compatible with one another, allowing you to mix and match them for a more expressive typographical palette. Monaspace was made to improve all code for all developers.

rsync

A fast and extraordinarily versatile file copying tool for both remote and local files. Uses ssh or rsh for communication with remote systems - but can also be used locally to sync directories.

Rsync uses a delta-transfer algorithm which provides a very fast method for bringing remote files into sync. It does this by sending just the differences in the files across the link, without requiring that both sets of files are present at one of the ends of the link beforehand.
