1. Act and Behave Like Your Confident Self: Act, talk, behave and dress the way your confident self will do.

2. Notice Confident People: Shift your attention from yourself to start noticing the people you consider to be confident. Observe the way they act, what they say and how they behave and learn from them.

3. Reconnect with play: Play is a state of truly being yourself when we you have doubt of yourself and fears to be looking stup*d. Find the games that ignite that state in you.

4. Calculated risk: Get out of your comfort zone and do things that make you think differently.

5. Develop a skill: When you are good at something, you will become confident.

6. Eliminate negativity: Get rid of toxic friends, influencers or anyone or thing that makes you feel horrible about yourself.

7. Self-care: self-care includes everything related to staying physically healthy including hygiene, nutrition, and seeking medical care when needed. Do something good for your body every day such as exercise, skincare, healthy foods etc.

8. Get out of your head: do not allow your thoughts to hold you captive. Stop the spiral of toxic thoughts that are self-destructive, such as I will never be good enough, other people have better lives than I do, God couldn’t really love me, etc. Rather do activities that get you out of your head and make you gain awareness of yourself such as exercise, yoga, meditation, etc.

#1. Embrace the Journey

Most of your life will be spent in the journey, not the destination. Life is precious and each day isn’t guaranteed.  If you put all your happiness in the destination, you’ll be very disappointed when you get there. This goes for physique changes, financial health, and relationships; once you reach the goal you have set it surprisingly isn’t as sweet as you imagined it. Find solace and peace with the journey to getting there; this is where the real magic happens.
Acknowledge the stage you’re in and be grateful for the experience. The hard times won’t last and instead of feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and negative, are knowing that on the other side you’ll be wiser and more resilient.
#2. Take the Leap
Spend too much time thinking about “what ifs” and you’re just going to delay the action. None of us can predict what the future holds and no matter the outcome, have confidence in yourself that you can handle it. Often the hardest part is letting go of expectations of what things “should” be or succumbing the trap of perfectionism, when what we really need to do is let down our walls, invite possibility of failure in and ACT.
#3. Be Intentional and Live Powerfully
With your time, your money, your actions. With your training program, your nutrition plan, which people you choose to be in your life. Seek to find the “Why” behind everything. Be present, refine your skills, choose to respond vs. react, and expand your thoughts and comfort zones. Increase focus on creating the experience rather than letting things happen to you.

Less ego.  Act in according to your values and your goals; Discipline means taking the hard road—the uphill road. And most important, discipline will put you on the path to freedom.

Excuses only sound good to the person making them. The only way to truly become the person you want to be is by acting in the way that she acts; starting right now.
Your thoughts control your body and your body reciprocally controls your thoughts. If you’re feeling sad, try putting a smile on your face, even if it is the last thing that you want to do. Fake a smile, and feel how your body starts to feel lighter. Sometimes a change in our physical state is all that it takes to create a change in our mental state. Smile more, laugh more, and don’t take life so seriously.
#6. Failure Only Comes If You Quit
Otherwise it just gives you lessons and perspective for new opportunities. Life is too short to not take those chances, to not take that leap. Every experience is an opportunity to learn from and be better the next time around. We only truly fail when we decide to give up instead of finding another way. Time cures all and you’ll live with much less regret by trying and failing, rather than not trying at all. Don’t take no for an answer, especially when it comes to your goals and dreams.

#7. Trust Your Intuition

When something feels off, it is.  Be in or be out. Let your yes be yes or your no be no. Be 100% in the relationship, in the job, in your travels, in your decisions. We all have that little voice inside us telling us what we should do; don’t be afraid to listen to it.

1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ)
2) Emotional Quotient (EQ)

4) Adversity Quotient (AQ)

1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve maths, memorize things, and recall lessons.

2. Emotional Quotient (EQ): this is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible, be honest, respect boundaries, be humble, genuine and considerate.

3. Social Quotient (SQ): this is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

People that have higher EQ and SQ tend to go further in life than those with a high IQ but low EQ and SQ. Most schools capitalize on improving IQ levels while EQ and SQ are played down.

A man of high IQ can end up being employed by a man of high EQ and SQ even though he has an average IQ.

Your EQ represents your Character, while your SQ represents your Charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs, especially your EQ and SQ.

Now there is a 4th one, a new paradigm:

4. The Adversity Quotient (AQ): The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life, and come out of it without losing your mind.

When faced with troubles, AQ determines who will give up, who will abandon their family, and who will consider suicide.

Parents please expose your children to other areas of life than just Academics. They should adore manual labour (never use work as a form of punishment), Sports and Arts.

Develop their IQ, as well as their EQ, SQ and AQ. They should become multifaceted human beings able to do things independently of their parents.

Finally, do not prepare the road for your children. Prepare your children for the road.

If you want to understand the person's thought process, listen to his words. If you want to understand who the person truly is, how much heart he's got left and what he carries in that heart, consciously observe his actions, how he treats others and how he lives his life. We have two eyes and one mouth for a reason, and once people learn how to use them properly, they are truly equipped for life and all its challenges. If you choose to voluntarily and consciously observe other people and, over time, allow your mind to build a database of people's emotional and functional patterns, no one can really take advantage of or fool you anymore. For example, if you have encountered and observed 100 liars in your life, your conscience automatically tracks and observes their broken emotional/functional patterns, low frequency, and draining energy and will alert you to be careful and pay attention even more because something is off. People who are badly misinformed or confused and haven't built this natural self-defence mechanism are constantly lied to, betrayed, and taken advantage of, and they end up even more traumatised, unconscious, and disappointed in themselves and humanity. A lot of them get so badly hurt that they think that's the only way to go through life, so they would do the same, go through life and try to lie and take advantage of others, making things worse and traumatising even more people, who will end up traumatised and unconscious in the early stages of life and would do the same. It takes a lot to try to do the right thing instead of going around and doing the same thing that was done to you, especially if you're hurt in the early stages of life and don't know any other way. People might hate being stuck in darkness, but once you're stuck in there for too long, it becomes your home, and then you go and spread it around, because that's all you know. That’s why traumatised and stupid people can only break other people, and they will think that they know better, but those are unfortunate victims, and sadly, we have plenty of them. That's why we are so advanced but many people are unconscious, confused and deeply lost more than ever.

The toxic cultural programming/education system is designed to make people into traumatised, unconscious, insecure, worthless, soulless, and ego driven creatures who can’t even think for themselves any more and end up living in survival/self-deception mode. From an early age, they sell people so many lies, and then they build their whole lives on them. But is it really life when there is no real peace and happiness? And then, the truth is so painful that most people couldn’t even handle it, and that’s exactly why they live the lives that they live. Yes, the world can be very harsh, unfair, and horrible in many ways, but it’s not as horrible as those lies that people keep telling themselves every single day. Because if you’re not lying to yourself and can actually think for yourself, people's lives would be constantly improving and there wouldn't be so much misery, because only true growth will make you happy and fulfilled. Living in a survival/constant comfort zone; that's what makes people miserable. It slowly destroys their souls because they are not doing what they are supposed to do and are not fulfilling their destiny. They put them in the cage and told them that they couldn't fly, but why the hell are the gates there and left open? They should check themselves out. They might realise that they have wings and can actually fly, and after that, they will never want to go back into that cage again.
