ADVICE TO ALL EMPLOYEES

1. Build a home earlier. Be it rural home or urban home. Building a house at 50 is not an achievement. Don't get used to government houses. This comfort is so dangerous. Let all your family have good time in your house.

2. Go home. Don't stick at work all the year. You are not the pillar of your department. If you drop dead today, you will be replaced immediately and operations will continue. Make your family a priority.

3. Don't chase promotions. Master your skills and be excellent at what you do. If they want to promote you, that's fine if they don't, stay positive to your personal development.

4. Avoid office or work gossip. Avoid things that tarnish your name or reputation. Don't join the bandwagon that backbites your bosses and colleagues. Stay away from negative gatherings that have only people as their agenda.

5. Don't ever compete with your bosses. You will burn your fingers. Don't compete with your colleagues, you will fry your brain.

6. Ensure you have a side business. Your salary will not sustain your needs in the long run.

7. Save some money. Let it be deducted automatically from your payslip.

8. Borrow a loan to invest in a business or to change a situation not to buy luxury. Buy luxury from your profit.

9. Keep your life, marriage and family private. Let them stay away from your work. This is very important.

10. Be loyal to yourself and believe in your work. Hanging around your boss will alienate you from your colleagues and your boss may finally dump you when he leaves.

11. Retire early. The best way to plan for your exit was when you received the employment letter. The other best time is today. By 40 to 50 be out.

12. Join work welfare and be an active member always. It will help you a lot when any eventuality occurs.

13.Take leave days utilize them by developing yr future home or projects.. usually what you do during yr leave days is a reflection of how you'll live after retirement.. If it means you spend it all holding a remote control watching series on Zee world, expect nothing different after retirement.

14. Start a project whilst still serving or working. Let your project run whilst at work and if it doesn't do well, start another one till it's running viably. When your project is viably running then retire to manage your business. Most people or pensioners fail in life because they retire to start a project instead of retiring to run a project.

15. Pension money is not for starting a project or buy a stand or build a house but it's money for your upkeep or to maintain yourself in good health. Pension money is not for paying school fees or marrying a young wife but to look after yourself.

16. Always remember, when you retire never be a case study for living a miserable life after retirement but be a role model for colleagues to think of retiring too.

17. Don't retire just because you are finished or you are now a burden to the company and just wait for your day to die. Retire young or whilst energetic to enjoy waking up for a cup of coffee, enjoy the sun, receive money from your business, visit nice place that you missed and spend good time with family. Those who retire late, spend about 95% of their time at work than with their family and that's why they see it difficult to spend time with their family when they retire but end looking for another job till they die. If they don't get another job, they die early.

18. Retire at your house than at government accommodation so that when you retire you can easily fit into the society that raised you. It's not easy to adjust to live in a location after spending more years at company house or at government house.

19. Never let your employment benefits make you forget about your retirement. Employment benefits are just meant to make you relax, get finished whilst time is moving. Remember when you retire no one will call you boss if you don't have a viable business.

20. Don't hate to retire because one day you will retire either voluntarily or involuntarily..

10 THINGS TIME HAS TAUGHT ME

1. Most of our life is spent chasing false goals and worshipping false ideals. The day you realise that is the day you really start to live.

2. You really, truly cannot please all of the people all of the time. Please yourself first and your loved ones second, everyone else is busy pleasing themselves anyway, trust me.

3. Fighting the ageing process is like trying to catch the wind. Go with it, enjoy it. Your body is changing, but it always has been. Donโ€™t waste time trying to reverse that, instead change your mindset to see the beauty in the new.

4. Nobody is perfect and nobody is truly happy with their lot. When that sinks in you are free of comparison and free of judgement. Itโ€™s truly liberating.

5. No one really sees what you do right, everyone sees what you do wrong. When that becomes clear to you, you will start doing things for the right reason and you will start having so much more fun.

6. You will regret the years you spent berating your looks, the sooner you can make peace with the vessel your soul lives in, the better. Your body is amazing and important but it does not define you.

7. Your health is obviously important but stress, fear and worry are far more damaging than any delicious food or drink you may deny yourself. Happiness and peace are the best medicine.

8. Who will remember you and for what, become important factors as you age. Your love and your wisdom will live on far longer than any material thing you can pass down. Tell your stories, they can travel farther than you can imagine.

9. We are not here for long but if you are living against the wind it can feel like a life-sentence. Life should not feel like a chore, it should feel like an adventure.

10. Always, always, drink the good champagne and use the things you keep for โ€˜bestโ€™. Tomorrow is guaranteed to no one. Today is a gift thatโ€™s why we call it the present. Eat, Drink & Be Merry.

Fake Signs of Intelligence

A fake sign of intelligence is a behaviour or trait that is mistaken for or falsely presented as a sign of intelligence, but in reality, is not an indicator of intelligence. Some examples include:

1. Using big words or jargon without understanding their meaning, in order to appear knowledgeable or intelligent.

2. Pretending to know the answer to a question when you donโ€™t.

3. Being able to memorize information quickly, but not being able to understand or apply it in a meaningful way.

4. Being arrogant or dismissive of others' opinions.

5. Being inflexible and unwilling to change one's mind when faced with new evidence.

6. Bragging about ownโ€™s intelligence all the time.

7. Derailing conversations with pointless intellectual questions.

8. Acting like you have everything figured out and hard to admit weaknesses.
The 7 Habits of Highly Ineffective People.

1. They complain about the past, the present, and the future. Complaining or venting to friends is natural when we are under stress, but it should only be done in moderation. Making it a habit makes you focus more on the negative mindset, and difficult to switch into a positive mindset. Also, you should avoid complainers because listening to complainers is bad for your brain. Being exposed to too much complaining can actually make you dumb.

2. They are caught up in stup*d drama at all times. Their self-esteem depends on the approval of others and doesn't come from a true feeling of self-worth. They have an overwhelming desire to be noticed and often behave dramatically or inappropriately to get attention.

3. They are substance abvsers. They smoke excessively, drinks excessively, uses drvgs excessively. Then, waste time denying or arguing that these things are a problem. Or they waste time talking about how these things are a problem, but they cannot stop them.

4. They work for a job for money only. They have no satisfaction from a job well done. When at work, they complain about what could be done at home or how they could have been having fun somewhere if not the need for money. When at home on days off, they do nothing. Wishes to get back to work.

5. They procrastinate. Highly ineffective people procrastinate a lot. And the longer they wait to get something done, the higher the chances that it will never get done. They perceive time as endless and forgiving, without realizing that timeโ€”unlike moneyโ€”is the only resource that you cannot recover when you lose it.

6. They blame others. Many avoid making plans due to an inner belief that someone is coming to their rescue. Worse, this someone is often perceived as owing them (entitlement mentality), perhaps someone they blame such as a parent or sibling. They may even blame anonymous groupings such as "the rich" for their p00r progress, which simply outsources their future to the people least likely to help them. Instead, take responsibility, recognise that you are the master of your own fate.

7. They lack sense of direction. They are floating through life without thinking about which way they are going. They are sometimes lost, lack a goal or without any goal or sense of purpose. Finding the right direction in life is not something that happens to you; itโ€™s something you create. Take action, avoid bad company and surround yourself with the people who motivate you to improve and pursue your goals.
Gaining Self Confidence to Succeed in Anything.

Where does self-confidence come from? How do we get it? Why donโ€™t I have it? The answer to all of these questions can be answered with one word โ€“ you! Self-confidence starts with you, your perception of yourself, and what other people think about your actions or behaviour.

For some of us, a lack of self-confidence only affects our high ambitions. You might have always wanted to get up on stage, or to be a professional singer or actor for example.

Perhaps your life dream is to travel the world, visit different countries or cities, but you donโ€™t have the self-confidence to do it. For others, the problem of self-confidence is much closer to home - in the office, business meetings, public speaking events or presentations.

Self-confidence issues affect most of us at some time, and we can usually find ways of getting around the problem. Avoidance is one tactic we often use โ€“ if we can get out of an intimidating situation, weโ€™ll make up excuses not to take part.

However, there are times when we canโ€™t get out of it, or we really donโ€™t want to. If a lack of self-confidence is preventing you from doing trying something new, or from succeeding in your working life, itโ€™s time to do something about it.

The starting point in improving your self-confidence is understanding what causes the problem. Low self-esteem, not believing in yourself or your ability, feeling inadequate compared to your colleagues or friends or maybe some kind of trauma from your childhood are all contributing factors. By examining the reasons for your low self-confidence, youโ€™re halfway there!

Taking positive action to overcome your fears is the next step to help boost your self-confidence. A simple way to do this is by taking on small challenges. You have allowed your brain to associate certain events or actions with fear, so youโ€™ve already pre-empted the outcome of these situations.

By taking a small step towards conquering this, you will find that the result is most likely not as bad as you think โ€“ in fact, youโ€™ll probably be surprised about how good you feel, and your self-confidence will instantly increase.

When you have completed your first small challenge, congratulate yourself on achieving your aim. A small reward can often help. Youโ€™re already on the right path to improving your self-confidence, so youโ€™re ready to take it to the next level.

This doesnโ€™t need to be a huge task; you donโ€™t want to undo all the good work.
Building up your self-confidence takes time, and while you might want to leap ahead, it can be a good idea to take things slowly at first.

Steadily increase the risks you are taking to get your self-confidence to where you want to be. Risk taking does not, of course, mean jumping off a bridge, but the perceived risk of something happening as a result of your actions is usually the biggest barrier with self-confidence.

Self-confidence problems are common for most people, and there are excellent resources to learn to deal with these issues, but if you do have severe difficulty facing certain situations you should seek professional help.
Five golden rules to achieve your destiny:

1. Set Clear Goals: Clearly define what you want to achieve in life. Set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with your vision of your destiny.

2. Take Action: Dreams and goals are great, but they won't become a reality without action. Take consistent and deliberate steps towards your goals. Break them down into smaller tasks and tackle them one by one.

3. Embrace Failure as Learning: Failure is a natural part of any journey. Instead of being discouraged, see it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Analyze your setbacks, identify lessons, and use them to refine your approach. Persistence and resilience are key.

4. Cultivate Self-Belief: Believe in yourself and your abilities. Develop a positive mindset, practice self-affirmation, and surround yourself with supportive and uplifting influences. Confidence in your potential will help you overcome challenges and stay focused on your destiny.

5. Stay Committed and Flexible: Stay committed to your goals, but also be flexible in your approach. Life may throw unexpected curveballs, and being adaptable will help you navigate through obstacles. Stay open to new opportunities and adjust your path when necessary while keeping your destination in mind.

Remember, achieving your destiny is a journey that requires determination, patience, and self-discovery. Stay true to yourself, learn from your experiences

5 Tips to Avoid Being Negative.

Everyone does get negative at some point in their life. Whether it is at work or home negative situations happen almost all the time. It is rather unfortunate that we cannot avoid them and thus beg the question of how can we change these negative thoughts to positive ones?

It is important to be positive in adverse situations, even though it might sound hard or rather impossible, it is very much possible to stay positive no matter the situation. Learning the power of positive thinking assists us to remain in a positive state of mind even in the midst of a tragedy.

Additionally, knowing how to convert that negative energy into positive energy can lead to a healthy and comfortable lifestyle. I have come up with five ways of how you can avoid being negative and when you put this five key points in mind you will be cheerful and even see some light of positivity in any situation that you may encounter.

1. Stay around positive people.
Hanging out with positive people will certainly help you stay positive. You should avoid negative people because they will only rub off their negativity off on you. They will bring you down from trying to achieve positivity to be a cynical person once more.

2. Remind yourself what you are grateful for.
In negative situations, we tend to find ourselves thinking of the good things in our lives. You should voice those good thoughts and practice gratitude.

Develop a culture of talking about the good things that happen to you other than focusing on the bad ones. Also, it is ideal to keep a journal of all the good things that you have done on a daily basis. By acknowledging what you are grateful and thankful for will help your nature a grateful heart and mind, even in adverse situations.

3. Own up to your mistakes.
If you mess up, take responsibility. If you do something good, reward yourself. Do not blame other people for things that are your fault. This only brings a negative energy towards you by thinking all the negative things about that situation. Instead, accept the situation as it is and move on with life.

4. Avoid drama in your life.
Drama is an unfortunate and nasty characteristic to have. Part of avoiding drama is preventing dramatic people. Avert the gossip at all costs. It will do you no good and only helps to spread negativity.

5. Be kind to people.
By being kind, you will not have time for negative thoughts. Do various acts of kindness every day. This will keep you in a happy spirit. Besides, karma will also pay you back handsomely for your kind deeds.

Conclusion.
Negativity is everywhere, heck even in weddings, days that are considered to be the happiest days in a person's life. You will most likely find some few negative people there. It is important to transform yourself into a positive thinker since you will end up living a happy and healthy life. So be positive, and life will be positive with you.

15 Truths Every Teenager Should Know.

1. Nothing or no one is permanent. Time changes, so prioritise wisely and learn put yourself forward towards a better you. You canโ€™t expect every โ€œbestieโ€ you had in elementary or middle school to hang on during your journey. And your friends are changing too. Itโ€™s not a rejection if friends move on. Enjoy every little step and keep walking.

2. Being consistent is hard. If it was easy, everyone would do it and become great. But I can assure you not everyone does. But consistency win the race.

3. If you donโ€™t learn to be accountable, you will be held accountable. Every decision you make and every word you choose to speak has consequences. Some positive and some negative.

4. One day you will wake up to realise that you have become old. When you are a carefree 16-year-old, 25 seems old. And even though you are convinced that you have all the time in the world, you might be surprised how fast 20 creeps up on you, how 30 shows up at your door when you least expect it and how 40 hits you over the head like a baseball bat. Life moves fast. Aspire to keep up with it.

5. One day you will be separated from your parents, siblings, and friends to struggle in an unknown city towards establishing your identity and will ultimately end up creating your own small world there.

6. Borrowing yourself from others will only erode who you are meant to be. Stop asking for everyoneโ€™s opinion. Stop relying on otherโ€™s approval. Stop looking for reassurance. Stand on your own two feet and make those choices that matters on your own.

7. Love isnโ€™t everything. It wonโ€™t feed you two times meals a day. I hope you will not prefer your future dates with your partner on a footpath begging. So, be wise and choose wisely!

9. Satisfaction and success donโ€™t always come together. A dead artist in a living engineer will be successful but not satisfied.

10. Life may hit you hard but that will make you stronger. The sooner you get used to the ebb and flow of life with all its ups and downs, the happier you will become.

11. Thereโ€™s nothing like right or wrong. Itโ€™s all about the situation. Something which is right in your perspective may be wrong in others and vice versa. You canโ€™t be right all the time. So, stop arguing about everything and chill.

12. Holding yourself to unrealistic standards will only lead to suffering. Gauging your value or self-worth on the photoshopped haze of synthetic realism will only make you question yourself and prevent the world from seeing who you are.

13. โ€œNo one gives a damnโ€. People even complain about the quality of your funeral food.

14. It important you understand that not everyone is going to like you. You wonโ€™t always be included in the plan. You wonโ€™t always fit in, and you wonโ€™t always be liked. But thatโ€™s okay. Donโ€™t waste your time wondering why or trying to convince people to appreciate you or see your value. Focus on being a good person and being the best you can become.

15. Myth says, โ€œIf itโ€™s meant to happen, it will happen.โ€, But Truth says โ€œIf I want it to happen, I will make it happen.โ€ Stop daydreaming, destiny wonโ€™t fulfil your burning desires, hard work will.

10 LESSONS FROM THE POWER OF VISION BY MYLES MUNROE

1) Vision is the ability to see what is not yet. This means that we should not be limited by our current circumstances. We should always be looking to the future and imagining what is possible.

2) Vision is the key to success. Without vision, we will wander aimlessly through life and never achieve our full potential. But with vision, we can set goals and make plans to achieve them.

3) Vision is contagious. When we have a vision, it inspires others to have visions of their own. This can create a ripple effect that can change the world.

4) Vision is powerful. It can change the world. Think about the visions of Martin Luther King Jr. and Mahatma Gandhi. Their visions of a more just and equitable world inspired millions of people and helped to bring about real change.

5) Vision requires faith. We must believe that our vision is possible in order to achieve it. This does not mean that we have to have all the answers. But it does mean that we have to believe that we can find the answers.

6) Vision requires action. We must take steps every day to make our vision a reality. This does not mean that we have to do everything ourselves. But it does mean that we have to be willing to roll up our sleeves and get to work.

7) Vision requires perseverance. There will be setbacks along the way, but we must never give up on our vision. This is especially true when we are faced with challenges. But if we persevere, we will eventually achieve our goals.

8) Vision requires sacrifice. We may have to give up some things in order to achieve our vision, but it will be worth it in the end. This could mean giving up our time, our money, or even our relationships. But if we are willing to make these sacrifices, we will be one step closer to achieving our goals.

9) Vision requires a team. We cannotour vision alone. We need the support of others. This could mean finding a mentor, joining a support group, or simply surrounding ourselves with positive people who believe in us.

10) Vision requires a commitment to excellence. We must be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve our vision. This means giving our best effort every day and never giving up.

Emma and organizational structure: here is the answer to the task ๐Ÿ’ฅ

โœ… Slower decision-making.
Centralized organizations have a hierarchical decision-making process. It takes multiple levels of management to approve a decision. It can make it hard for the organization to respond quickly to market changes.

โŒ Greater risk of effort duplication. Individuals or departments can perform the same tasks or functions if they don't communicate. It's a waste of time and resources. The centralized structure usually cut down on duplication.

โŒ Higher levels of employee turnover. A centralized structure can create a culture of micromanagement, limiting employees' decision-making power and reducing their autonomy. Employees can get dissatisfied. However, the structure doesn't directly correlate with employee turnover.

โŒ Lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities. A centralized structure usually involves clearly defined job descriptions for each department and position, as well as a clear chain of command. This can help reduce confusion and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them.

โœ… Reduced responsibility and ownership. People at the bottom of a hierarchy may feel less ownership over decisions and outcomes when decisions are made at the top. The result is that they are less engaged and motivated to work hard, as well as less likely to take risks and try new things.
Running a solo business versus a partnership or team-based business

Running a solo business has its pros and cons compared to a partnership or team-based business. Here are some key differences to consider:

โž• Autonomy. You have complete control over decision-making and can steer the business in the direction you want to go since you do not need to get the input or approval of others. With multiple voices involved, decision-making can be more challenging and time-consuming.

โž• Flexibility. You have the freedom to work on your own schedule and can adapt quickly to changing circumstances without having to coordinate with others. If you have a team, the complexity of managing the business increases.

โž• Cost savings. You do not need to pay salaries to partners or employees, reducing overhead costs. At the same time, a partner/ team can pool resources and funds to invest in the business and achieve more significant goals.

โž– Limited skills and resources. As a solo entrepreneur, you may not have access to the skills and resources that a team can provide. For example, you may not have expertise in all areas of the business, such as marketing, accounting, or product development.

โž– Increased workload. You are responsible for all aspects of the business, including administrative tasks, which can become overwhelming and limits your ability to focus on more strategic areas. When you have a team, you can divide tasks among members to get more done in less time.

โž– Isolation. Working alone can be lonely and one may lack the support, feedback, and social interaction that can come with working in a team. Team members can foster a sense of collaboration and accountability.

Ultimately, whether you choose to run a solo business or a partnership/ team-based business depends on your personal preferences, strengths, and goals.
Work-life balance and entrepreneurial burnout: why it is crucial to take care of yourself

As an entrepreneur, it can be easy to get caught up in the demands of your business and neglect your personal life. However, it is essential to prioritize work-life balance and avoid burnout for your overall well-being and the success of your business. Here are a few reasons why:
