By interweaving these perspectives, we will gain a clearer understanding of how the objects of ordinary experience are analyzed and comprehended within Bön philosophy.

After many years of struggle and a relentless and determined search to fill a spiritual void, at the age of 29, he encountered a book by Ajahn Chah and decided to seek out Wat Pah Nanachat, Thailand, with the intention of becoming a Buddhist monk. On the 5th December 2006, Ajahn ordained as novice monk. And finally, on the 6th July 2008, he became a fully ordained Bhikkhu. Both ordinations were granted by Luang Por Liem Thitadhammo, the present Abbot of Wat Nong Pah Pong, Thailand. Ajahn exudes great mindfulness and is an inspiration wherever he goes.
