"Professor Kaufmann notes that the woke, radical-liberal takeover of public institutions is opposed by two-thirds of the electorate. Their wishes are being ignored. Kaufmann calls for governments to intervene with these institutions and the public bureaucracy to enforce free speech and political neutrality.
