However, I'd rather drink no #Whisky, than cheap Whisky. This isn't snobbery, but class, taste & fact.

Built in the 1850s in the middle of a row of cottages, The Clive Arms, John Street is the smallest pub in Penarth (hence its nickname The Birdcage), and was the only pub not on a corner in Penarth, until The Bears Head in Windsor Road was built in the 1990s.
