A depressing, nostalgic image of the 'Anchor' pub on Star Lane, #CanningTown, east #London in 1983. This industrial area was once a safe place for us to conduct business, now, it's becoming another hipsters paradise. @Britains___Pubs

Nothing beats a pub fireplace in winter, especially if it's a traditional fireplace.

I'm sure you'll have one or two such pubs in mind that always made this time of the year seem that much more special. 🔥 🍻

Sometimes one has too much to think about to focus on anything at all.

Suppose I'll willingly sit in confusion for a while.

We have one life, on our death bed we'll look back on all the free days we wasted with an aching heart.

We could have instead spent time with loved one's, or doing something truly constructive as opposed to using unintelligible excuses to undergo unnecessary pass-times.

I see and hear so many excuses from unappreciative people who genuinely think their loved one's are commodities and that they've inifite lives to live.

Bond's are created by togetherness through thick and thin, not convince and inconsistency.

The ridiculous and pathetic excuses which take place will be remembered as unloving absence during our final day's.

If you have the strength and the physical ability, make yourself count, whilst you're still accountable.

Be the companion, and therefore the memory, worth having; Not the heart-break, worth forgetting.

Loving your own, isn't the same as hating others.

Nice gimmic, but such machinery and modern bars are the last thing we need. They'd better not call this a pub, looks more like some kind social spot at a hipsters office.

Kept the pint still well enough though, that I will say, let's see him do it with a glass. 🍻
So much Scotch Whiskies out there, so little time. 🥃
