When did these go out of fashion! I suggest we get these back in practise...
This was used for when you've had one too many and for decent urine accuracy. Legendary device!!

The Drovers Inn, Scotland is said to be one of the most haunted pubs in Britain.
Some guests reported seeing the ghosts of an entire family who froze to death during one of Scotlandβs fierce winters. It's a 300 year old pub by Loch Lomond.

Last home game of the season, if you're heading down please consider popping into the Carpenters or the Bull as Stratfords pubs are in genuine trouble. Match days can make the difference between their survival and the overall deline of public houses altogether.

The painful burden brought about by the melancholy of human hindsight is the realization that the greatest moments of our lives are those that we cannot relive.

Once, #London's market pubs were lively & full of character. Now, they like the market trade itself, seem to be but a memory that will soon disappear along with the hero's who made their legacy a reality.

Scene from the film 'Villain' (1971) that was filmed in The Assembly House, 292-294 Kentish Town Road, #KentishTown, #London
Take a look at the stunning interior of the Assembly House (@assemblyNW5) and the wonderful vibe depicted in this short clip. Though the film may raise an essence of nostalgia to some, the pubs appearance and ambiance will connect with many more.
"Villain is a 1971 British gangster film directed by Michael Tuchner and starring #RichardBurton, Ian McShane, #NigelDavenport and Donald Sinden. It is based on #JamesBarlow's 1968 novel The Burden of Proof. Villain was director #MichaelTuchner's first feature film after directing in television
As with other films of Villain's same era and genre (#GetCarter (1971), A #ClockworkOrange (1971) and Performance (1970), for example), some of the violence is quite graphic, especially during the heist scene, and it foreshadows several 1970s cop TV shows such as The Sweeney, Target and Special Branch."

#Guiness drinkers, YOU ARE ALL WRONG!
