The site has housed pubs since the 1700s, with the current building being built in 1888.
It even had a cable car service up to #HighgateHill which ended outside the pub.

In 2014, the Archway Tavern was unfortunately closed due to a licensing dispute. For a brief time it re-opened as the Intrepid Fox, and then 'Dusk till Dawn'. The pub reopened again in 2021 as the Archway. πŸ–Š @VinnieSull1van
