The Duke of Wellington was perhaps Britain’s greatest general, undefeated in big battles.
Only 33,000 of the troops who fought under Wellington at Waterloo were British, the rest were Dutch/German.
Nevertheless, this decisive battle guaranteed British imperial power and independence.

It’s hard to comprehend anyone whose reaction to the migrant invasion across the Channel is to continue to vote Conservative.
