On this day in 1996 An IRA bomb, the biggest ever to go off on the British mainland, devastated the centre of Manchester. Miraculously no-one was killed but 200 people were taken to hospital.

I've spoken about this before, I was 7 years old when this happened and was playing out with my friends when we heard the blast, I ran home scared and asked my mum what happened and she explained the IRA and told me of the Warrington bombs also.
Ever since that day I have venom in my heart for the IRA, rotten scum, always going for civilians 😡😡.....
