We would like to share an important update regarding our card services.
The Panama payment processor is now active again. However, the current physical card will temporarily be upgraded to a virtual beta card to re-enable secure online 3DS transactions. The bank has also confirmed that Apple Pay and Google Pay functionality will be available soon.
While these developments are positive, they do come with a temporary limitation: ATM withdrawals will not be possible with the Panama card for now. We know this feature is highly valued by our clients.
To address this, we have been working for several weeks on integrating a new offshore physical card issued by a bank in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This new card will come with:
• Full 3DS support
• Apple Pay and Google Pay integration
• Continued global usability
We are pleased to announce that all clients will be able to migrate to this new card. Existing balances from the Panama card can be transferred seamlessly. In the meantime, the current Panama card will remain active for online use and, very soon, for offline transactions again.
We are in the final implementation stage and expect the new Turks & Caicos physical card to be live within the next 10–12 calendar days. We will release more information in the upcoming week.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this transition. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to restoring the seamless service that you have come to trust and value with BridgeBit.
