Breaking news: after delaying this announcement 2 months since the completion of their investigation, the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office has confirmed no charges will be filed against the Arvada Police officer who wrongfully murdered Johnny Hurley - the Hero of Olde Town Arvada Square who jumped in to action to kill the cop killer/ potential mass murderer on June 21st.
