Todd Boehly will instruct Chelsea to kick-start their transfer plans as soon as his takeover is cleared. The summer window is seen as an immediate priority for the soon-to-be new owner.

Thomas Tuchel is still to be convinced that Romelu Lukaku can be the long-term solution at the point of his attack.

🚨🔵| Chelsea have registered serious interest in Joško Gvardiol after a suggestion from Thomas Tuchel. Contacts have already been made between the parties. 🇭🇷 #CFC

🇫🇷 The Blues are also expected to secure the signing of Jules Koundé once the takeover is complete.

🚨 Kepa Arrizabalaga plans to leave Chelsea this summer.

• Boehly will make ‘significant funds’ available to improve the squad
• Multiple players are set to leave and will need replacements
• Tuchel, Čech and Marina have already begun work on summer targets

It’s a big summer ahead at Chelsea Football Club

Not only Gvardiol, Tuchel is also highly interested in Nkunku! But: The player has got an offer from Leipzig to extend. They don’t want to sell him in summer. Right now no release clause.

Jorginho and N'Golo Kante are doubts to face Leeds United, Thomas Tuchel has confirmed.

✍️ Marcos Alonso is set to start for #Chelsea against Leeds tomorrow

🚨 Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger has today signed for Real Madrid. 4yr deal, €9/10m net + joining bonus & €400m release clause. Medical already done, official announcement after #UCL final @TheAthleticUK after @FabrizioRomano report earlier #RMFC #CFC https://t.co/yrgLt2p88I

In Chelsea’s 46 league meetings against #LUFC at Elland Road, #CFC have won just five of them. An 11% win ratio. #LEECHE https://t.co/H79WBQzcN8

Just hopes it's Leeds vs Chelsea today and not Charity FC.

Would be two birds in one stone if Tuchel's side manage to win.

Fabinho is set to miss the @EmiratesFACup final for Liverpool against #Chelsea.

#Chelsea Mateo Kovacic injury. Can see the clear contact from Dan James and ankle rolling inwards on pic below.

🔴Typically damages outer (lateral) ankle ligaments
🔴Same ankle Kovacic injured previously
🔴Tried to play on but unable. Awaiting more info https://t.co/yuP9GWEbNo

🚨 Sport Mediaset claim Chelsea have agreed terms with Ivan Perisic over a free transfer in the summer.

Back to Ben Chilwell and that's Marcos Alonso's replacement sorted, if he is to leave for Barcelona.

Perisic can operate on both wings and can provide back to Reece as well.

FYI: Sport Mediaset are not the most reliable. So take it with a pinch of salt and a little more.

#Lukaku starting to give 100% on the pitch and shutting down his agent waffling off it too. This is what us #Chelsea fans want to see off him.

Don’t buy into the noise…

Just back the player. Big one tomorrow, he could be the difference.
