Chelsea have sent their scouts to follow Pau Torres several times.

#Tuchel says he’s committed to #Chelsea for next season but we better not play with fire and see just how committed he is. He’s gotta look out for himself and right now we’re an absolute mess. He’s moved mountains with a squad that isn’t his.

We can’t ruin this relationship

✍ Romelu Lukaku will not accept a move to Newcastle United or AC Milan this summer.

Jim Ratcliffe has seen his 4.25 billion-pound bid for Chelsea dismissed by Raine Group.

“We’ve been rejected out of hand by Raine, but we will keep reminding people we are still here,” Tom Crotty, a director at Ineos.

Todd Boehly’s bid have been incredibly impressed with Tuchel, they will look to talk to him quickly and tell him their vision, it’s been a sticky patch of results but Tuchel has become Chelsea’s ambassador through all this and they’ve been hugely impressed.

Update: can’t ever see Roman’s £1.6bn loan ending up with Camberley Investments

The £2.5bn sale cash might end up with a charity which has no links to Abramovich

Or in a frozen account (which would be a waste)

But what he’s asking for, UK Govt won’t do

So, your move, Roman…

Boehly-Clearlake takeover of Chelsea is now very close to completion. Raine sources tell me Wednesday talks were “highly productive and no alternative options are being explored.”Sources within Boehly-Clearlake say they’ve remained “calm” and are confident they will own #CFC.

Chelsea will seek to offload Kepa Arrizabalaga at the end of the season.

Thomas Tuchel currently believes Chelsea are a more potent force without Romelu Lukaku and therefore it is not difficult to imagine the club considering transfer offers for him this summer.

Thomas Tuchel 'would be ready to sell' Marcos Alonso this summer if a suitable buyer could be found.

Chelsea’s ownership change has halted a potential pursuit of Haaland from Chelsea, Chelsea wanted to know whether he would be interested in a move and perhaps even discuss contract terms, it’s possible Lukaku could leave if Chelsea recoup alot of the €115m.

2 main CBs are leaving, Azpi could follow. Thiago Silva is here for another season max.

That would leave Chelsea with just Sarr and Chalobah as the CBs, with Colwill plus Kounde if signed.

Gvardiol is needed this summer if Chelsea want a smooth transition from Silva.

Saturday comes too early for N'Golo Kante. Jorginho is also out for the Blues. Long-term absentees - Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ben Chilwell remain unavailable. "That is pretty much it," confirms Thomas Tuchel.

I like Gvardiol but Chelsea fans are under-estimating just how raw he is at present.

He's an ultra-aggressive defender - bordering on rash at times - and CBs of that profile are really unpredictable in terms of maturing.

Looks like Lukaku will stay another season at Chelsea

Todd Boehly at Stamford Bridge after officially signing to become owner of Chelsea Football Club… 📸

A reminder that Roman Abramovich bought Chelsea for £140 million, invested billions into the club and then took no money from the sale even writing off the £1.6 billion loan we owe him. He's leaving Chelsea as Champions of the World. Undoubtedly the best owner in football history

Romelu Lukaku is the 1st ever player to score a left-footer penalty for @ChelseaFC in the Premier League. #CFC #Chelsea

Thomas Tuchel has a 48.1% Premier League win percentage at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea manager. 😳 https://t.co/M4NzI10G0v

Rudiger and Azpi have been making some questionable decisions of late, they both can leave. It's beyond ridiculous now. Sarr came of for 5 mins, and was unable to close his man down.

Thiago Silva needs fresh partners and that should be the main focus this summer.
